Bought the Wowcher and half the drinks were not available that were advertised, the food is simply Iceland frozen 💩 and when bought out did not fit the description on the menu. There is only 1 toilet in the whole place.

Let me start with the positives. The welcome was warm, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was large. However there were some issues too. Firstly, the place felt very cold with too much open space so we felt like we were in a mess hall. The table we sat at had cobwebs and dirt on the walls which wasn't great. We sat down and got handed our menus. Expecting "Mediterranean food" most of the menu was mexican, burgers and pizza. The first three things we tried to order we were told they no longer did as they were expecting a new menu. Not great. We ordered Lamb Kofta and Chicken skewers and though the portions were big, the food looked bland and like it was a kebab takeaway chucked onto a plate rather than a restaurant meal. - Disappointing. - We hardly ate any of it as it was bland and dry - which was a shame as the staff were so nice. Would not come back again. Would really advise the ,management to really choose a direction and an identity. If you want to be mediterranean/turkish, focus on that, stop offering everything on that menu as people choose a grill for the type of food they expect.

Brilliant visit Friendly greeting from the bar staff on arrival and seated quickly in the bar area as the back was reserved for a private party, not a problem as the table was perfect for us, right by the window. Cocktails orderd and the Sex on the Beach was one of the best I've ever had. The six plates of meze we ordered arrived in about 20 minutes and were all freshly cooked and yummy. Have to say if you only eat one thing here, you have to try the homemade Nachos, they are amazing and we almost ordered another plate but really wouldn't have managed to eat them as plates quite generous.

When we arrived our booking wasn't in their system even though I showed them my confirmed booking. We ordered from tapas/meze menu and had 6 dishes and a dirty chips. The tapas was cold, the calamari tasted like potato but the dirty chips were hot but we had to ask for them as they didn't arrive with tapas. The room was dark and uninviting - we were there at 6-7pm. The lady serving wasn't very good at all. The toilet was a, disabled one and wasn't kept clean. Very disappointed with this place and don't recommend it

Horrible food. Had the worst falafels we had ever seen, without any sauce and dry as sawdust. The hamburger meat was low quality, and it came with no onions, gherkins, tomatoes on the bun. Even the chips tasted of bad cooking oil.

Bafflingly awful. We spent 15 mins and left just confused at how bad the food and service was. Potentially the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had? The poor waitress was dealt a bad hand by the owners on this one.

My best friend took me here as a birthday treat on a Groupon deal, 2 Course Meal with 1 Drink each, reviews looked great and I was looking forward to the food however sadly the experience was extremely disappointing. Arrived and after waiting a few mins at the bar could not see anyone to show us to our table there was a male member of staff (who we later found out was the Manager) in the kitchen serving area and he did not say anything on seeing us, so we proceeded to enter into the dining area where the lovely waitress greeted us and asked us to return to the bar and she would be over in a minute. When we returned to the bar area the person in the Kitchen serving area said someone will be there in a minute. After we were shown to our table we expressed it was cold and the waitress explained the heating was currently broken and was told that they were going to fix it. Ok we thought ahhhh well no probs as the reviews on the food were good we thought it would make up for it. The waitress explained about the menu and we asked for recommendations on what was popular etc, whilst deciding what we were going to have we ordered a flat white coffee and a hot chocolate to warm us up. The hot drinks were lovely really enjoyable. The waitress was quite busy as she was hosting and bringing out orders to tables etc. We then placed our order for our food Starters - Falafel & Nachos (v) Mains - Chicken Shish, Chips and Salad & Quesadillas with Chilli Beef. The starters arrived and at first I thought oooh they must still be bringing some of it out as the Falafel came as 4 pieces with a bit of lettuce and 1 slice of cucumber and 1 piece of tomato. (No dressing or dip and the pitta was also missing) The Nachos were a good portion however when we tucked in it was missing the guacamole and sour cream so we called the waitress over and explained that the Falafel was missing the dip and pitta to which she said it does not come with that. We also mentioned that the Nachos were missing the guacamole and sour cream, the waitress apologised and said she would take it back to the kitchen and check with the chef. Eventually the Manager came out with a fresh plate of Nachos and placed them on the table never said a word, however when we looked at the Nachos my friend said excuse me the reason we sent it back was because there was no guacamole too which he replied it’s underneath and walked off! We dissected the Nachos and still there was no guacamole or sour cream, but we decided to eat a couple of them as we were very hungry! We then asked for a copy of the menu and said to the waitress but your menu shows that these ingredients are in the dishes etc and the attitude of the manager wasnt great at all, but all the waitress could do was apologise. We waited for the mains, now it gets even worse… Chicken Shish chips and salad - good portion however chicken had a funny taste. The fries tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The Quesadillas were supposed to be chilli beef however I took one bite and knew it wasn’t right…. It was lamb!!!! I don’t eat lamb! We were so disheartened and disappointed we could not eat the food so we go up and said to the waitress where do we pay for the hot drinks and she said at the bar so we paid and said we really did not enjoy the food as it was not as described however we appreciate it was not her fault as she was working on her own hosting and serving. Sadly the best part of this experience was the hot drinks! I have to say I will not be revisiting and sadly I don’t recommend this as a place to visit. We only took 1 photo before we tucked in to the Starters. On our way home we both had stomach pains and as I type the little bit of food that i did eat has left me feeling sick and my friend too.

Do not go! So we have just visited the restaurant and ate some and walked out. I understand we went on a groupon voucher, however the whole point of a groupon is so you experience a place and want to go back.. in this case it was the opposite. Freezing cold inside the restaurant plus the cheapest most poor ingredients. I ordered a white wine and had one sip and had to leave it, let’s just say it was vinegar, actually I think I would prefer vinegar! On a plus point I liked the iceberg lettuce which came with everything. Do not waste your time or money.

DISGUSTING AND DIRTY!!!! - We went here last night so will give an honest review. Firstly it is FREEZING in there, they keep the doors open to to the deralict theartre so you can use the toilets - you can see your breath as you talk!! If we had been the toilet before our meal we would NEVER have eaten a thing.. they were the most disgusting toilets we have ever seen/smelt, my boy came out heaving!! The waiter was friendly that is the only positive. The food -- jeez where do i start. We had chicken wings - that smelt of FISH... they didnt like them to say the least and was worried eating them. Then the mains.... we ordered and paid extra for the extra large Lamb Chops... Oh my Days..... they were just four bits of bone on the plate and i'm not lying look at the picture! I asked the waited if they were the Extra Large Lamb chops and he said yes! They were rock hard bones with no meat, disgusting!! The Steak burgers - were beef burger patties and not nice - my boys eat almost anything and they couldnt eat these. I had chicken burger and it was battered processed chicken. Yes you get alot of chips but thats it!! We ordered drinks and i had a wine arrive in a dirty glass!! we have all been ill today - stomach cramps and rushing to the toilet!!! I am so angry that we wasted our money there, it was my sons birthday aswell ... great!!! When you look around the building it is filthy.. cobwebs everywhere, skirting boards missing - just gross! I will be contacting the Food Standards Agency as this place really is not hitting the basic standards.

Absolutely awful. Very dirty. Three out of four of our party were poorly after visiting the restaurant. We emailed the restaurant but had no response back.

The place was very quite compared to the other bars very close by. When we walked in it was empty but a very friendly lady who worked there showed us to our table. We could smell the toilets as we walked in and chose a table at the back of the restaurant to avoid the smell. The food was cooked fresh and very hot so could not fault the food. However the toilets were absolutely disgusting and had I have gone to the toilets 1st I 100% would not have eaten there. My husband went to the men’s toilets and said the same. There were only 2 members of staff that I saw and the lady was fabulous very friendly and smiley. Then man seemed to be cook and waiter and both did a great job. I’m sorry to say I wouldn’t return but that’s no reflection of the staff.

Had food and i opted for dirty fries with chilli. The food was really good. The atmosphere is nicw and the space is reallt suprising inside.

Was week night so quiet, but the ambience they set is so relaxing and the food and service is second to none. I used a groupon for dinner and one for the tapas lunch and both were outstanding. Portion sizes and uality of the food is great. Highly recommed. So much so going back next month!

We had a voucher for here. When we got there you could tell they hadn’t long been open but we understand they was just finding their feet so we remained patient. Unfortunately it was disappointing when I asked what the voucher included (the voucher said 2 courses and 2 drinks) I wanted to double check it wasn’t just two mains and the lady said it was either a starter and a main or main and a dessert. We ordered 2 mains, 2 starters and 2 drinks. My partner ordered the lamb chops and the lady said “good choice” with a pint of beer; I ordered a gin and tonic. We was handed a bill at the end, we queried it and she said the lamb chops had a supplement on, gin isn’t included in the offer and it’s only half a pint. She didn’t tell us all this fine print when we was ordering so was disappointed with a bill at the end. We found it really crafty because we had asked what the voucher included but didn’t think to tell us all of this until the end. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This is a great place for pre theatre drinks or a meal. Delicious food, great service. Looking forward to returning.

We had the 2 course meal. The choices were good and the portion size was great. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The meal was great value and the location is near both main theatres so great for a pre theatre meal...

Great place...big restaurant with a club at the rear. Well furnished, clean with great lighting. Good menu and very good host. The grill that we had was very tasty with bbq taste. Chilli sauce was much appreciated. Would love to go to the club scene...
