Lamb Donner meat burnt first cut of the spit, clearly the meat from the night before, chips curled and rubbery not fresh at all and cold to top it off, fautunly i didn't attend in person so can't comment on service or atmosphere, if i was present and saw what you intended to serve me the staff would have absolutely worn it ! Terrible even the dog walked away. With respect you may not ! As I stated above i did not attend in person. Im not going to be a party to your fact finding mission so you have an opertunity to attempt to discredit myself like you have your previously to clientel. The only response I expected from you was an apology for presenting we with substandard produce and for you as an operational business an opertunity to rectify the situation but you have failed on that count also. Perhaps you dont understand how this platform works. It is a platform for your clients to offer a review on your operating standards of business and produce with the intention for your business to obtain follow up and fresh clitens for you to further your prosperity. If you are not capable of accepting negative feedback then I advic you to remove your business from the platform or review your quality control policy. I don't require any further response from yourself or anyone else in relation to this matter ! And you can keep my hard earned financial compensation for your poor quality produce.
