Ordered a delivery through deliveroo, correct pizzas on the receipt however wrong pizzas delivered. Tried repeatedly calling the restaurant over 30mins, and left a message for a call back however no response and no callback. I hate pepperoni pizza and got stuck with 2 of them.

Ordered a veggie pizza. Nice selection. A lot of veg. Very cheesy. Garlic sauce works super well! Was offered extra. Suggest to get extra if you're a saucy freak. Served by owner, respectful and good manners.

Pizza came smashed up and then complained to delivery driver who said i had to ring the office and i did and was told i would be refunded i cooked the kids dinner and then i have a knock at the door an hour later with a new order when everyone had anready eaten was told by the person on the phone that i was lieing about being told of a refund and that we wouldnt have eaten the last one if it was bad it wasnt eaten as hot sauce was spillied over the hole order so i wasted 55 pounds for nothing will never order from the newbury branch again

Just bought 5 large pizzas, barely any toppings and the cheese was so thin it was crunchy, I thought franchises had to maintain the correct standard would have got more pleasure from eating the £50 it just cost
