The time of delivery changed 3 times , the food was warm not hot and waited 1 hour 45 minutes

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!!
