The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Whitley Bay North Tyneside North East

Wow, bro, where do I begin. Brilliant customer service and the brilliant food. I ordered the half pound cheese burger. Cooked to perfection, boss man even decided to whack in some free chippy chips. Not only that but I queried the kebab meat and he gave me a FREE taste sample which was exquisite. Unbelievable, better than your bog standard processed kebab meat. Worthy of a trip to meet an honourable boss man.

Have used Turkish delight for years, always kebabs which are good, but tonight decided to order a calzone folded pizza, weirdest thing I have seen and literally tasted of uncooked pizza dough. Only fit for the bin inedible.

Absolutely shocking pre-ordered over £100 worth of Food for my daughter's Birthday party time came and went and when we contacted them to find out where the delivery was we were told they had cancelled the order as we were a mile outside the delivery area. Maybe contacting us and either asking us to collect or asking us to pay extra for delivery would have been the correct course of action rather than just cancelling and not telling us when we had a room full of 6 year olds waiting to be fed leaving the birthday girl quite upset.thankfully Holywell pizza came to the rescue I will never use Papa John's again even if it was free disgraceful customer service.

I ordered some food from here on Just Eat a few nights ago. My order was late so I called the restaurant to find out where it was, I was told there was a delay but would be with me soon. I waited another 20 mins and called again, I was told there was a further delay and the food would be with me in another 45 minutes, at this point, I was no longer interested in waiting this long and asked to cancel the order. The person I was talking to was extremely rude, telling me I could not cancel and would have to wait. I then went onto Just Eat and cancelled the order thinking I would get a refund since the food has been delayed twice, however the this restaurant refused to refund me, saying it was due to bad weather. The weather had been glorious all day and there were no signs of any weather issues. I requested Just Eat to investigate this and sort out my refund but they were useless and unable to help me. So I paid £24 and never received anything. They didn’t even refund me the delivery charge when nothing was ever delivered to me.
