We’ve been meaning to visit for a while and Bowla did not disappoint. We had the vegan meatballs and vegan cheese, it was delicious. The portion was perfect too, just enough for a nice lunch

What an absolute warm, welcoming and authentic Caribbean experience. The host , Barbara, was very attentive, knowledgeable and explained the menu options to us. We had jerk chicken, curry goat, patties, plantain and dumplings. The taste was amazing and portions were plentiful. Imthjs is our number 1 spot for excellent Caribbean food in Swansea!. Had Sunday carvery here this weed and the food was delicious, plenty of choice! Really liked the fact the gravy is in a jug on the table, plenty of it. Reasonably priced too. Didn't have a desert but they looked delicious in the fridge cabinet.
