If you like an overload of cake then afternoon tea is for you. Sad to say,most scare looking selection of sandwiches ever delivered for afternoon tea. Poor sandwich fillings ( after saying on booking no egg) and who has Salmon sandwiches? in what was slithers of bread which barely made 2 slices of bread. 1 cracker with a slither of cheese and a bunch of grapes? No savoury selection? Yet 15 pieces of cake? At £22.95 pp we left starving as we had left ourselves ready for being full.. Felt inattentive, if we had been asked how it was I would've said but wasn't asked and to be honest think the owner really isint concerned. What a money spinner they have. Quite surprised at the high rating .

Cod & chips all round, was okay and filled a hole. Staff friendly enough and food cooked as we ordered, so hot enough. Plenty of choice on the menu.
