My daughter walked especially to get a hazelnut frappe only to be told they didn't have it. She asked for a strawberry one with oat milk as she is dairy intolerant. She started walking home and drinking it only to discover it was normal milk. She was not going to walk back to tell them. Very disappointed. You should be aware of intolerances as she is now suffering as a result.

Very rude girl. Took a drink back. She completely blanked me and carried on serving. She could at least have said I'll be with you shortly.
