Awful experience. Dire service. Had to ask to order after waiting for 30 mins. After 45 mins I chased up my drink. May head over to McDonald’s if my dinner doesn’t arrive soon.

Amazing Staff, I will really miss you Nichola & Adam? + Staff You were always very nice and chatty and always knew what we wanted and always prepared on time and very yummy. So though we would give it a try we’ll couldn’t have been more wrong to go their food is cold and seems microwaved.. the staff were extremely rude my plate was thrown on the table decor is really dated toilet were disgusting skid marks in the pan the staff all had attitudes especially the land lady we will never go back the place needs shutting down or new owners who actually want to work and serve customers so disappointing

Great improvement to the decor with the addition of the roast carvery. We have been twice and both times roast potatoes empty! On both occasions we decided to wait the 20/30 minutes for the roast potatoes to be cooked but we felt sorry for customers who had plated their dinners and were waiting patiently for the potatoes when one customer asked the server if she could replenish only to be told they had a problem with their supplier and the potatoes wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes! If this is the issue then customers should be informed the wait for roast potatoes when they purchase their carvery tickets! It’s bad kitchen management, it’s very popular now and everyone enjoys it but the kitchen needs to make sure there is a steady flow of food to replenish! Besides the roast potatoes it’s beautiful food and we enjoyed it although we’ve learnt to check the carvery to make sure they have roast potatoes or how long it will be before they are replenished before we buy our carvery tickets and then queue up.
