We absolutely love this Starbucks. It is extremely clean and the drinks are always 10 out of 10 exactly as you customise them! Bobby is always so friendly and efficient and Kim and Susie always greet us with a smile. We also often get delivery from Uber Eats/just eat and the banks always come with a friendly hand written message its so sweet! We literally have never had a bad visit and we are there at least 3 times a week

This was my second visit in a month . The staff are so friendly and welcoming , there is a great selection of both breakfast food and lunches and cakes / snacks . The coffee is very good and they have a very large range of soft drinks . Tables are a good size and spaced well for those with children , dogs or limited mobility . The cafe is dog friendly with bowls and space . There is a toy cupboard which my grandson particularly likes as he can explore safely the toys and books . Cafe is fully enclosed . I’ve had breakfast , which is very good and also sandwiches which are very reasonably priced and come with good quality crisps and fresh salad . There is plenty of parking and the garden centre is a good reason to stay longer . This is a gem which is a real asset to the local area .

Relaxed and comfortable Cafe with good service and a nice selection of fresh food. Can be a bit noisy with little sound insulation. Really enjoyed the haloumi and avocado bagel.

NEVER again..... Okay, so i'm not quite sure how to elaborate on this. Absolutely disgusting service. We had planned this a few weeks ago as i'm currently visiting family as they reside on Reculver caravan park, we thought this would be a really nice place to get lunch. It's not to far of a journey, very convenient as we foster a child who has cerebral palsy, this is just ideal as it's a nice open space and good for the wellbeing of Paul our foster child. However we was very much mistaken as we was met with a very bad attitude member of staff, called Jade? She literally pushed us onto a table and stuck us in the corner, she kept looking over and made us feel very uncomfortable she kept smirking at us, however when we asked for the condiments she pointed and said "go and get them yourself" Because Paul makes noises due to his condition, she come over and said can you keep the noise down people are trying to eat. Myself and my wife were very shocked so we paid the bill and left. We ended up getting fish and chips down on the sea front instead. Stay well clear of Jade if you end up visiting she will ruin your entire experience, my whole family who live down here, will also no longer be eating or drinking here again.
