Went into Selfridges today in the Trafford Centre and got chatting with the owner of loaf & Co and I can honestly say that he is one of the nicest friendliest people I have ever met .. The Jammie dodgers were delicious.. and for anyone thinking of going I highly recommend..you are in for a treat 💫💫💫

The food selection offers plenty of choice of both savoury and sweet treats. There is something for everyone. I attended for a coffee and tried one of the vegan scotch eggs. I couldn't recommend enough. If you get chance try the potato milk. Has a beautiful mildly nutty flavour. 10/10 couldn't recommend more! Special thanks to Emily your service was amazing. A gorgeous little cafe close to the city centre - everything vegan and gluten-free and nothing boring on the menu! The woman who runs this place is the loveliest and was happy to talk us through everything. The food was beyond fantastic. Couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely be coming back again and again!

This is a hidden gem of Withington village now tucked between two corporate Giants both within yards of its front door. Beautiful smoothies and food including bagels and ice cream, and a colourful, chilled, ambient interior. Lovely charming place to bring children. The staff are all lovely, down to earth people. Whilst the cafe now faces even sterner competition, the coffee here really holds it own and I would say it is actually better and is less expensive. Please support small local business to keep great unique places like this open and thriving. It was me and my boyfriends 3 week anniversary so we went to harmony cafe as a treat. The most famous cuisine around. However, Got served ham in my vegan sandwich. I can only assume that this was a targeted attack from tyrell after we called him out on wearing Jordan mids. I am disgusted in the way I have been treated and I recommend you fire tyrell immediately. I understand this will leave you with no staff, but his laugh is annoying. Thankyou.
