Nice room. No HOT water for shower !!! Went down to reception to be told a plumber has been called. The fact I questioned the lack of hot water seemed an inconvenience!

I have paid for soup and no soup has been sent .I have been charged for cappuccino and they have replaced it with a sprite which I don't even drink .I would like to have a refund for my cappuccino as it cost me 2.75 and the soup which was for 3.90 .I need total refund of 6.65 please .
