The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in London

Nice, friendly staff. Sadly my coffee was lukewarm as was the vegetable soup. One of the servers was breaching at least two food hygiene rules in the five minutes we watched.

First time in here - I wonder if we will ever come again - Unfortunate the place stinks of cigarettes- probably coming from the roof garden - Very annoying as a health hazard Having our drinks Johnnie Walker Black Label and sweet selection. Service is ok

Llegamos para nuestra reserva de las 3 pm pero tuvimos que esperar en la cola por años antes de que nuestra mesa estuviera lista. Luego otra larga espera antes de que un camarero viniera a tomar nuestro pedido. Nuestros tés elegidos llegaron poco después, pero sin leche ni azúcar. Cada tetera solo estaba medio llena, así que dos veces tuvimos que pedir agua caliente adicional. Éramos cuatro, pero solo ofrecimos 3 vasos de agua. Numerosas veces durante nuestra estancia pedimos nuestro cuarto vaso de agua, pero nunca llegó. Tarde, pero finalmente se sirvieron nuestras dos capas de sándwiches y pasteles. Los sándwiches estaban secos y los rellenos delgados y sin mucho sabor. Los pasteles tampoco eran nada del otro mundo. Cuando llegó la factura, se habían adjudicado 12. 5% de servicio - totalmente inmerecido. Una experiencia amargamente decepcionante.

I had an excellent sandwich for lunch today. The staff were friendly and efficient and I enjoyed my salt beef surprise roll. I’d recommend it for a quick place for lunch to future visitors…

I love getting my coffee from this place when the Origin Coffee is overcrowded. It is quite good for some caffeine grab.

Arrived for afternoons tea 2pm ,very surprised only cups ,No Saucers ,had to carry our own tea to table and wait for food .Food was delicious and presented nicely but it arrived 10 mins later .We had practically finished the tea .Why can the staff not bring tea over with the food ?I know it’s a cafe but have some etiquette,I think everyone associates afternoon tea is a cup and saucer must that’s part of the experience

This is a fantastic cafe, a stand out for Caffe Nero stores. It is always very busy but well controlled. The manager Fabio is always so courteous and offers a friendly, consistent and professional service. He has contributed an incredible amount of his time ensuring exceptional service and training staff on standard control. Kudos to Bea! However, it is very clear he and the full time staff are being pushed too much. Fabio has worked every single day bar one in the past 2-3 weeks. I feel bad for the chap, it is unacceptable that Caffè Nero have forced him to do such hours. He has had to publicly deal with staff resignations without notice, late staff (Sheikh is the worst, he's also made blatant homophobic and misogynistic comments), anti social behavior of youths and unruly guests. And to top it, the AC has been broken for two years where it only blows hot air despite the cold function being enabled. It is currently over 40° in the store. I feel awful for the staff to have to work in these conditions.

I bought 3 drinks and 4asun I was forced to take Pomo which I did not want and 2 herbal Drinks water and appletiser my bill was £85 I felt I was robbed ..same tactic they used when I went several weeks my bill was £92 i felt robbed badly .I am a chef myself it’s awful what they did ..rogue restaurant

The owner was a nutter loads of kids outside and this man was shouting screaming and punching the walls about something I only wanted a coffee I was scared for my life DONT GO IN THIS CAFE

This is a small cafe with a big menu of tasty food. It is obvious the staff take great pride in their little cafe and appreciate the people who choose to eat there whether it is a person's first visit or one of the locals who choose to make this cafe a part of their daily routine. Definitely will be a part of my routine the next time you visit London.

We were there with a baby and management was very rude and unfriendly. Would definitely not go back. They complained baby was making too much noise he was not even crying

No había estado en uno antes, pero de camino a una reunión, tomé una ensalada de algún tipo con un pastel increíble para la réplica. No es barato, pero la ciudad de Londres parece muy cara si no estás acostumbrado a los precios. El personal amable y muy sabroso (comida y personal!) Lo usaría de nuevo. . .

Customer service is really bad.the way they treat customers is very rude .we are not coming take free coffee but the way they treated us was rude

Rude staff, made my experience uncomfortable. Service was poor, didn't give me my full order and didn't even apologise for her mistake, also didn't bring my hot food to the table as in all neros they do, when I turned up at the counter her and her colleague just pointed at the plate, extremely rude.
