Seating arrangements for family special occasion was unsatisfactory. However, although this could not be rectified on the night, following contact with Distinctive Inns the service was excellent and I was satisfied with the outcome. Dean from The Dorset and James from Distinctive Inns obviously realise the value of good customer service, thank you both. Meal on the night was good particularly the desserts.
