The best restaurants serving Mexican food in South West

First night on our trip away so hunted for a bite to eat, opted for fresh kitchen due to reviews and dispite not many resent I would strongly recommend and Altho we never got our pot of guacamole and coriander it was still a feast to say the least. These are large portions of exceptional quality food. Friendly people with local knowledge.

One of the best meals we’ve ever had… and a 2 min walk away from home! We’ll definitely be making this a monthly treat. Unfortunately no photos… we were too excited to eat. The smells had us at first whiff.

Lovely, clean establishment. Ordered 3 x Chicken + Beef pattie burgers and fries. One of the best burger meals I have enjoyed between Bristol and London. Friendly, curteous service by young gent at the till. Highly recommended by happy customer. Issy

Exceptional service from my original booking through to the evening of our party. The food was delicious & the chef catered for one guest with specific dietary requirements who generally has a small appetite but ate the full dish saying it was excellent! The waitresses & manager were attentive all evening but without being intrusive & we had the bonus of the back room just for our group. A fabulous evening, thanks to all at NoManches, would highly recommend!

The name of this place made us laugh, but don’t let it put you off :D After reading online reviews we headed here for a takeaway and it did not disappoint. Amazing food, chicken burgers and dirty fries were generous portions and delicious. A must visit if you are in the area!

Another amazing visit yesterday, you know this place is good when you do an hour and a bit round trip on your day off just to visit! I had beef taco and nachos and my partner had a burrito all the food was delicious and full of flavour! Please don’t ever close we love you Cartel Cantina!

the 4th time we’ve visited this trip to Newquay… that must say it all? The cheese and onion pasty is incredible, so much filling and so cheesy. The Gluten Free options are second to none, it’s always difficult finding GF options, they offer puddings as well as a variety of pasty’s, a GF full English too 🤤 10/10 highly recommended and will 100% be back.

I visited Taco-Macho for a family birthday recently. The restaurant is in the upstairs of the Cuckoo Taproom so plenty of of opportunity for pre and post dinner drinks. Gustavo, Taco Macho owner, is a really generous host, his food really is utterly delicious and I could probably eat there every day! :) Everything is very reasonably priced and the restaurant space is small and chilled. There is also the option to have your food in the pub downstairs. Highly recommended!

First time visiting after hearing rave reviews from my colleagues and it didn’t disappoint! Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the bus, along with the food which was a well sized portion. Despite the long wait, it was well worth it, and allowed us to spend some extra time on the bus! Great hardworking staff, and can’t wait to visit again!
