The Hill's Bistro in Bournemouth

It's one of our favourite family restaurant. The best burgers we had + their meat free burgers are absolutely delicious. Kids love coming there and their favourite are haloumi fries. Great place and service. Would highly recommend.

My favourite place in Bournemouth! Couldn't recommend the hills enough, service always excellent from a group of genuinely amazing people! Food is always tasty and the tequenos are to die for! We love coming back here every time!

Just go! Lol Good burgers and sides. The staff is very friendly, and all the food is delicious 🍔 the Hills Burger is the best one. And don't forget to taste the "Quesillo" (Best desert ever 🤩)

Good quality food, I recommend the cowboy.it is a little spicy but delicious. Fantastic staff. To come back every week.

We went last Saturday on the recommendation of a friend and the experience was very good. The treatment was great and the hamburgers were delicious and huge. We will be back!

Stumbled upon this place whilst walking down to Bournemouth sea front for lunch with our kids. So glad we saw it as the food was great and the service was perfect. Drinks were great too and the kids loved the mocktails! All this topped off with a two for one on the burgers we had which were also amazing! Massively recommend The Hills Bistro if you’re in Bournemouth!

It was okay but quite overpriced, portions good but quality average. Quite a strange atmosphere. Not really a restaurant kind of a bar hybrid at least downstairs. Wouldn’t come back sadly.

Visited here for a family birthday meal for the first time and was really pleased we did. The food was great the atmosphere was really welcoming and the front of house really amiable and accommodating. If you fancy a change or somewhere new would recommend. Will be returning.

Great food & friendly, speedy customer service. Welcomed our 2 dogs and even brought them some water. The front of house gent was excellent and the food was delicious!! We will be back.

Asked my stepson where to go for lunch in Bournemouth for a birthday lunch for my wife and our daughter. This was top of his list and he didn’t steer us wrong. For the centre of town, it was extremely well priced and the food was excellent. We all had burgers and for £10 I don’t think you could find better. The guys that operate it were amazingly friendly and the person in the kitchen obviously knows how to cook! Even though it was our first visit they rocked up with one of the best brownies and ice cream as a complementary birthday surprise I’ve ever tasted. I would recommend this local bistro to anyone who lives here, and to anyone who visits. Don’t get sucked into a TGI’s when you have these guys on your doorstep. Thank you so much for a quality lunch! We will be back!

Such a lovely vibe in the restaurant, staff are all so helpful and friendly. The food is on another level. Their cocktails are also incredible and 2 for 1 Fridays make it even better!

Have visited The Hills several times, it’s a great chilled venue in Bournemouth town centre. Food is bliss , if your eyes are bigger than your belly this is the place 👀 Quick service and really friendly staff, also 2 for 1 cocktails some nights!

One of my favorite spots in Bournemouth! Food is delicious, they have something for everyone! Definitely try tequeños, ribs and fajitas are amazing! Also vegan options if that’s what you like ;) Staff is always kind and they will do their best to accommodate you!...
