The best restaurants serving Mexican food in Marylebone High Street City of London, Westminster London

From the moment we entered we knew this restaurant was secial. The music , the interior & the staff made it feel like we had flown to Mexico to an upmarket eatery. We were nor disappointed- Margaritas simply delicious- tacos were sublime- we ate a selection & shared a main - we ended with probably the nicest warm chocolate pudding with cherry vanilla icecream. Bought quesadilla which turned out to be one tiny taco with a tiny amount of chicken and unmelted cheese with “sides” - see photo. £9.30 And taste was awful and salty. Ate the sides, binned the “main” part of meal. Order was late for pickup. Bathrooms were all out of order.

Alfie’s and Valentine’s services were wonderful, they answered all the questions I had and they were very patient and kind. The food was delicious and worth the price! I had to personally meet the Chef Colleen and Neelam as I was extremely happy with the food. Will definitely recommend this place, whether it is to sit down and have a meal or if you’re just passing by Paddington as a takeaway. Loved the atmosphere from the whole team.
