The best restaurants serving Japanese food in North West

Two of us popped in last night for food. Blythe served us and gave us ideas to choose from based on what types of food we like. It was quick, tasty and convenient. But the service was next level. Blythe is an effervescent individual who it’s just incredibly easy to like. She read us well and was a joy to chat with. Sometimes it’s great to connect rather than just be served. Well done Wagamama - you hire well!

Love this chain of Wagamama. Great service, great food. Got to a point where they already know the order when I walk in. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

A nice place run and managed by very bad management. Matt the head manager should be ashamed of himself asked for 2 simple requests and we received nothing but horrible abuse. This place will be shut by the new yr. I believe it’s the same owners that own the Cheshire cheese in Wallasey. Another place we will be keeping out of too. Would not in a million years would I advise another waste a pound in the place. 0/5

This was a major let down, the robots didn't even serve us. Food very poor, long wait and tasted like a crap take away. I cook far superior as I'm into Asian cooking...won't be back. 100 quid wasted....

Farthers day absolute chaos, one waitresses and one waiter chasing their tails, waited over an hour for the kids meals, they ran out of rice, food was cold. Lots of customers complaining. Never go their again.

Never been but a problem. Cannot get an answer on phone, cannot work out where it is on Grange Old Road. Please check if still open for your records
