Amazing food and hospitality from an authentic Japanese establishment. They also have a manga collection which you can read.

Food was very tasty and the service was excellent. I went there every day during my short stay in the town, and enjoy the beautiful food.

I guess it's their format but it's a shame dishes don't arrive in a more organised way. I guess it's about serving it fresh but it could still be fresh and served together for the table with a separation between the smaller starter dishes and the largest mains.
