The best restaurants serving Japanese food in Hendon Barnet London

Tonight's experience was below awful. We went there for a family reunion meal, 10 of us. The restaurant was near empty apart from us and they managed to completely screw our evening up. After 1.5 hours two of us still hadn't received our meals. I left without eating. We were all furious. They brought the youngest kids meals, just pasta, after everyone else apart from me and my eldest son who got out meal delivered as we were leaving in disgust. The kids pasta was hard. The restaurant staff were utterly clueless. Two staff members said it was their first night there. Noone could explain anything to us or know how to rectify the situation. All this time however, they were able to make lots of takeaway meals for their delivery drivers to scoot away. So people ordering takeaways were prioritised far above us idiots who went there to eat. I am wso angry and disappointed about tonight. This used to be a good restaurant. What the hell happened??!!

Este ha sido nuestro restaurante de lácteos kosher favorito en Londres. Tomamos el viaje subterráneo durante 40 minutos para llegar hasta allí y encontramos el restaurante cerrado. Le preguntamos a alguien en una tienda de al lado y nos dijeron que habían salido del negocio hace aproximadamente un mes. Habíamos estado viniendo a este restaurante en la ubicación anterior durante muchos años.

Pedí comida para la entrega. El sitio web indica que obtiene un 20% de descuento en los pedidos, pero esto nunca se aplicó. Llamé al restaurante para preguntar cómo hacer que funcionara y me colgaron. La comida llegó totalmente desordenada y aplastada. La cantidad de arroz en los rollos era demasiado, la calidad del pescado era mala, no parecía grado de sushi, todos los rollos picantes se asfixiaron con mayo picante, el tempura no era tempura, era katsu de gambas, y todo fue simplemente el peor sushi que he probado. Gasté casi £ 100 y no había nada que fuera bueno. También pedimos ensalada de algas y cuando llamé para preguntar dónde estaba la entrega dijeron al final que el pedido estaba en camino, pero no tenían ensalada de algas, así que dieron un poco de Edamame y bebidas en su lugar. Ya habíamos pedido edamame así que esto fue un desperdicio y siento que hubiera sido mejor llamar y pedir un sustituto en lugar de agregar algo que ya había pedido
