The best restaurants serving Italian food in Filey Scarborough Yorkshire and The Humber

Lovely Italian food looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I have been buying take away meals and also visiting this fantastic Italian for a few years now . It has never entered my head to write a review because we know how much we love this place, the food, the service the extra care . The laughs we have and joy mean we can’t wait to book again. It’s like going on holiday at home. Salvo is a gem , his staff are so naturally good at their jobs - thank you all so much. Did I say how great the food, wine and deserts are just ate the best cheesecake ever and I should know 😂

Our first time visiting this restaurant and we thought it was excellent. The service was kind and efficient. The food was very good quality with the spicy tomato sauce with meatballs particularly outstanding. The restaurant was busy on Wednesday night giving a nice ambience, so booking is advisable. Special mention to the kind waiter who found our misplaced bag and raced after us to return it.

Their website suggested we booked. We tried to call the restaurant from 3pm (as suggested). Got engaged tone each time we called. When the phone finally rang we got the answer machine. Decided to try our luck, turned up at 5.15 to be turned away. Pretty disappointed. Gave 2 stars because the menu looked nice.
