The best restaurants serving Italian food in Bristol, City of South West

The pizza is simply the best. Genuinely fabulous. Great service. Lovely people. Amazing with kids. Nice selection of drinks. Reasonable prices.

Muy limpio, poco café independiente. Servicio muy amable. Buena comida; el Maritozzo era delicioso y el chocolate caliente italiano muy auténtico. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Fantástico almuerzo para llevar focaccia. Elegí el relleno de ensalada caprese con prosciutto añadido. Absolutamente delicioso - casi tan bueno como conseguir esto en Italia.

Great Greek restaurant authentic atmosphere took us back to holidays in the Greek Islands. Greek music (not too loud!) and excellent Greek food. If you have ever been on holiday to Greece you need to visit this restaurant

Che, our barista made our brief visit here absolutely amazing. She was funny, welcoming, and made fantastic coffee, including the best hot chocolate I had ever tried! She made a great effort to talk with all the customers, and let us stay later than closing time as she closed down. Will definitely be coming back!

El desayuno de buena calidad sabía como si estuviera cocinado a la orden no precocinado. Las setas también están bien cocinadas, así que me quitas los pulgares.

Located in a rather unlikely location on a small industrial estate, this is a small bar & restaurant attached to the Bianchi’s (Pasta Loco, Pasta Ripiena, etc) kitchen. There is outside seating at the front that has taken over a couple of parking spaces, a small bar counter behind this, and further seating upstairs. It’s all quite basic in feel as befits it’s location, and opening hours are fairly restricted. The menu was chalked on a couple of boards above the bar counter, and there were also some (very nice looking) sausage rolls on display. I opted for the fennel sausage pasta, and this was a decent and tasty dish, and quite a generous portion. Across the table, the salted cod pasta was also well received, with a whole riot of flavours going on, although this was perhaps a little on the small side. The barman was pleasant and friendly. Overall, another solid venue from these guys who can’t seem to put a foot wrong.

Great spot for lunch on the way to the Hippodrome. Always lovely food and excellent friendly service. Beautifully clean and great value for money. We will definitely be back again.

9 different meals, all sent to the table at the same time - a real feat when there is one member of staff in the kitchen! All our meals were lovely; hot, well cooked and plentiful. Service was good and the restaurant was spotlessly clean if a little lacking in ambience. This nice guy so deserves to succeed. We would all eat there again in a heartbeat if we ever return to Bristol.

Couldn’t see any signage that says you have to order on your phone only - so much wasted time queuing at the counter only to be told it’s only for drink. How weird. Generally very awkward experience dining in alone. Definitely set up better for groups. I was excited for the pizza as it had gotten a lot of hype but it was incredible mediocre and not memorable. Prob wouldn’t bother again.

Great service and food What more do you want

Fabuloso, para mí, muy buena relación calidad-precio, mi esposa y yo tuvimos una experiencia encantadora. Tomé brucetta, seguido de agnolotti con tomate cherry asado al ajo y mascarpone. Sin alboroto, buena comida, servicio relajado y amable. Recomendaría tanto una noche como un almuerzo.

The food (focaccias) were absolutely delicious, and so was the dessert. I’ve been to this place multiple times and the food is always amazing, never disappoints! The service is always amazing, everyone is super nice and the service is really fast- their waiter Alberto is lovely, 10/10 service!

We visited Pizza on the Park for a friend’s baby’s 1st birthday party and had such a great time. We can’t thank Hanna enough for looking after us all, we were a huge group and she made sure everyone had ordered and had everything they needed. She was friendly, calm and patient! The food was also so nice! Would definitely recommend :)
