Great Greek restaurant authentic atmosphere took us back to holidays in the Greek Islands. Greek music (not too loud!) and excellent Greek food. If you have ever been on holiday to Greece you need to visit this restaurant

Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Customer Service After hearing many positive things, we were excited to visit this restaurant, hoping for a wonderful dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit was nothing short of shocking. As someone with two years of experience in hospitality, I rarely complain, understanding that mistakes can happen. However, the treatment we received on this occasion was unacceptable. Firstly, we ordered our starters, but about five minutes later, the waitress returned to inform us that they had run out of calamari—an issue we were happy to accept. However, she didn’t offer a menu to help us choose an alternative. This lack of initiative was frustrating and unprofessional. When our main courses arrived, two of us had ordered the same dish—vodka pasta—yet one of the plates was served completely cold. We were told that a fresh one would be made, but when it arrived, it was placed in front of us by the manager with no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. The pasta was clearly just reheated in the pizza oven, as the plate was scorching hot, not freshly prepared. When we questioned this, we were told, “We don’t even have a microwave,” which felt irrelevant, given the visible pizza oven. Despite this, we accepted the dish and continued our meal, as it was already quite late, and we didn’t want to further disrupt our evening. The situation worsened when two of us stepped outside and encountered a chef who was already outside. He rudely shoved one of my friends out of the way, stating, “It was because you were in my way.” This occurred as my friend was standing near the door, trying to avoid the rain. Instead of asking politely or giving him a chance to move, the chef aggressively pushed him. This behavior was completely uncalled for and highly inappropriate, especially considering that we were paying customers. To make matters worse, when one of us tried to move past another staff member (who had witnessed the incident), the staff member blocked his path and then accused him of “harassing” them, claiming to have CCTV footage of the situation. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience we've ever had, and it’s particularly disappointing because the restaurant had so much potential. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disregard for basic courtesy not only ruined our experience but most likely disrupted the dining experience of others as well. The underlying issue here seemed to be the chef’s refusal to accept that the meal served was not up to standard, especially given the price we paid. While they did offer to take our entire food bill off, in my opinion, we should not have been charged at all. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and they need serious improvements in both food quality and customer service.

Se detuvo a tomar un café y un aperitivo. Mi cruasán de almendras estaba un poco seco y decepcionante. La rubia morella cereza de mi hija estaba sabrosa. Ambos llegaron en el mismo plato de servir, lo que parecía un poco extraño. Pensamos que era muy caro en comparación con otros lugares que hemos probado en el centro comercial.

I have been to this pizza hut throughout the years many times before but have never experienced such an awful dine-in at Pizza Hut until today. I arrived with my partner who ordered separately we ordered our pizza, sat down, and collected our salad which we were happy with. the fellow who showed us to our table was more than helpful to us despite the other staff being in the way of hideous. Our pizza came after a 40-minute wait and only after we had asked for where it would be. at first glance, the pizza looked okay. but when I tell you it was not is an understatement. I took 3 bites out of the first slice with my partner being the same noticing that it wasn't quite right. After letting go of the pizza our fingers were quite literally dripping with cooking oil. I am not one to complain about food and I like to eat what is given to me. however, the feeling I felt when my lips were caked in oil. I went to complain because if we continued to eat the food in that condition it would have left to feeling ill or worse. they offered to remake my pizza but then commented "I can't promise it won't be the same again" but why? why should my pizza be pooling and drenched in oil? I understand that there will be some grease because of the cheese. however, we could drag the pizza through the tray it was on and it was leaving a snail trail. we waited 10 minutes, only to be given the pizza in the same condition. the girl I complained to literally plopped it in front of us and walked off. we saw the condition of the pizza and refused to pick up a slice. Not 10 seconds after she ran off without saying anything, this guy turned up asking how our pizzas were. i refused to eat them. Shown him the absolute trail of oil the pizza made and asked for a refund. This is where I had another problem. The guy started being sassy and rude toward me and my partner. When I asked for a refund the worker said "Oh really? oh, are you sure you don't want it remade a third time? sure you don't want a pudding?" Like really condescendingly. Like he was talking down to us. I had to say firmly that no we just wanted our money back so we could leave and order elsewhere. He said okay and angrily stormed off. never to return. He avoided us by taking out other customer orders and not following up on the refund. we were nice as anything and we just wanted our food. Because of this, we had to flag down the guy who seated us, and he was nice and helpful and he sorted our refunds out for us. The single slice of pizza my partner had eaten had caused her to be sick about an hour later in the mall at Cribbs Causeway. I have never had a more disgusting experience at Pizza Hut and it has made me think twice before going there again. I suggest the staff are retrained on customer service skills. and the Chefs retrained too.
