The sqiuid and bruschetta starters were a bit bland, But mains of Tuscan Sausage and prawn pasta were both very good. The salted caramel chocolate bar was a bit bizarre like a confectionery sweet, which was difficult to cut with a blob of cream. The staff were friendly enough, after a rather brusk greeting from the manager, possibly?

We were on a road trip and met family here for a lunch before continuing. None of us had been here before but I figured why not. Portions are MASSIVE. Food is good. I had chicken parm sandwich, mother in law had the chicken parm pasta, father in law had the Chefs special a seafood linguini and my son decided the patty melt was good. We could not finish it all. The staff was attentive, the place was busy, clean, friendly, and everything went well. We all enjoyed our food.

We had a lovely evening here for my husband’s birthday in October. The staff even brought a surprise slice of chocolate cake to the table after dinner, which was so kind of them and made the occasion very special. Special thanks to Fabio and Jodie (I think it’s Jodie, apologies if name wrong!) who served us so perfectly. What a great bunch of staff! Also had some great kids Halloween activities to colour in and then stick on the wall. Pizza Express Andover has fast become our ‘go-to’ destination for a family meal out. My son has a couple of serious food allergies and the staff are always SO amazing with this (trust me, it’s not the same in other chain restaurants!). Also, in general Pizza express allergy labelling is fantastic and well laid out so we know exactly what to choose. We will continue to return due to the level of care and attention taken.
