Great lunch, food and service excellent

Service was exceptionally slow, drinks took a long time to arrive. My hot drink had to be made again as it was a cold chocolate rather than a hot chocolate. It was extremely cold and we sat with our coats on. Not really how you want to eat lunch. There were heaters dotted around but none of them actually on. It wasn't busy and we sat with our plates infront of us for 14 minutes after we finished eating. It took another 10 minutes to be approached again for our bill. We asked for a print out of our bill and it was such a hardship to our server called "Ben" In the time we were there we had three different servers. Not the best lunch date I have had. But please F&B put the heating on in your family dining establishment. It's not like you can't afford to!

Great salads, pizza, fish and deserts. Pistachio gelato, brownie and goat cheese salad is to die for! Service is quick
