The best restaurants serving Italian food in Eden North West

Stunning location and good food but, like all three of the Another Place venues I've visited, let down by poor service. In every case, staff are friendly and welcoming but seem to lack basic waiting skills. On this occasion, food and drinks arrived promptly but then that was it. Empty plates sitting on the table for 20 mins, no offer to refresh drinks, no offer of desserts, no eye contact or follow up. Eventually, rather than order the tiramisu and pavlova we'd been looking forward to, we paid and left. I really want to like Another Place as the location and food are excellent, but across visits to the Glasshouse, Brackenrigg and The Living Space, service has been lacking on every occasion.

The best Italian food! Me and my group of friends recently visited recently and were blown away by the food. Great quality food and wine at such reasonable price. The staff were amazing. We don’t live local but would recommend to anyone and would definitely make the trip again.

I recently visited Villa Bianca and it was an absolutely awful experience. First off, the food was stone cold when it arrived at our table. I’m not talking about slightly warm, I mean it was ice cold like it had been sitting out for hours. How can a restaurant serve food like this? When I mentioned it to the staff, they barely acknowledged it and didn’t even offer to fix the problem. Speaking of the staff, their attitude was downright rude. They seemed completely uninterested in helping or even being polite. No smiles, no effort to make us feel welcome, just cold and indifferent service. It's honestly the worst service I’ve had in a long time, and it really ruined what was supposed to be a nice meal. Don’t waste your time or money here. Would not recommend to anyone!

Unbelievable service from Liam and Adam on a busy Saturday night!!! Was very helpful and polite to all of us and had very quick service

Lovely food here however I feel like they gave us bad customer service as there was a draft where we were sat so we asked to be moved as there was other tables and we were told you do not have to book a table there , staff told us there was no other tables available but 3 tables came in and were each given a table…
