The best restaurants serving Italian food in Stevenage East of England

We were a party of four. All the food was good, well presented and tasty. Service for the starters and main course was good, however we had to attract the staff's attention for sweets and to get the bill.

I love the Salt & Good because you get to pick any type of food from another country like Italy, etc. It was a very cool experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointing. Food well cooked but completely bland. Several different dishes ordered but all very bland. Would not recommend.

I hadnt been to Frankie and Bennys Stevenage for a couple of years following a couple of bad experiences but decided to give it a try again on a works night out. The food wasnt bad, it just wasnt very good either, very average but the prices were not average. £18.25 for a Bacon double Cheeseburger is very pricy so I expected something a bit spectacular, but it wasnt! The burgers just tasted of nothing, not pleasant but equally not unpleasant, just edible and for the price you would think they should be very good indeed. In total, our party of 4 spent £120, including a drink each which is expensive for what we had. I can think of multiple food establishments locally where we could have got a better meal for less money. Probably wont be coming back, but certainly not a bad experience
