Prezzo - Stevenage Leisure Park in Stevenage

Michael is an absolute star. Welcoming and friendly. We had a little mix up with the salmon pasta and he went out of his way to make sure things were set right!

Michael worked extremely hard to ensure that we were well looked after despite the hectic lunchtime Half Term rush. He made the kids laugh and kept us informed of wait times and helped ensure we were aware of discounts and the beat value for money. Food was lovely and all hot when it arrived. Always have a pleasant experience here, although the wait this time was bordering on annoying. They may have benefited from having a few more staff on during half term where kids eat free!

We shared the prawns and calamari which were very tasty. I had the crab and lobster ravioli very bland and not much filling sauce was bland as well not much lobster taste. My wife had the lasagne which she said was very enjoyable. Meal was quite expensive.

I had a lovely experience at Prezzo Stevenage. The service was excellent—particularly from Sam, who mentioned he hadn't been there long but delivered top-tier attention to detail and genuinely thoughtful service. We walked in and were seated straight away, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was great—spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Just a heads-up: I’d avoid the calzone. Ours had temperature issues, especially with the meat inside, which didn’t feel evenly cooked. Aside from that, everything else was great. Definitely worth visiting—and if Sam’s your server, you’re in good hands! And loads of Gluten free options just incase anyone needs it.

Had a lovely meal here and Wantana was a brilliant waitress. The kids particularly liked the Prezzo burger and the make your own Sunday. Could only have been better if he tiramisu hadn't run out!

We had an amazing experience as a party of 10 people, celebrating my son's Birthday, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding and especially your staff member Vjola, who was amazing and made this event a very special one for us! It's a very clean, bright and welcoming restaurant. The staff are very friendly and quality of food is good. Our waitress was Heni and she was excellent and patient with my indecisive kids! ☺️

The food was very tasty! We had the mac and cheese bites and the arancini for starters. Both I would have again. The dips they came with were delicious too. We had the arrabiata pasta and margarita pizza for mains. Generous portions and we couldn't eat it all so took half home with us. We had garlic bread and fries for sides. The fries are so good! We were too full for desserts. The food came out in good time and the service was brilliant. The staff always served us with a smile and were very welcoming. The only negative was the garlic bread as it was very crispy and didn't have much flavour. I recommend the strawberry lemonade - sweet and refreshing.

We visited today our favourite Prezzo Restaurant in Stevenage. This is the only Prezzo we go to.Wonderful Manager Kamila, She’s always so welcoming, and helpful. Food was delicious as always, we really enjoy it every time we go there.

Portion sizes on kids meals has dramatically reduced. Food very quick to come out. Option to use cash would be appreciate.

Nice restaurant, nice food but very noisy ☹️. Whilst eating starter waiter brought fresh cutlery for mains leaning over me when he should have gone behind me really just not appropriate timing could have brought with main meal. They also seemed in a bit of a rush for us to order desert kept coming back even when we asked to be given time to decide. They were very pleasant and almost too attentive though they were all very nice people. Saying that I would go again as food nice and was hot. Hopefully next time not so noisy that was possibly due to it being a Saturday late afternoon.

The toilets in this restaurant is disgusting. They obviously have no idea how to clean a floor because once you close the toilet unit door you can see the line of disgusting filth.

I went to prezzies with 10 others to celebrate an engagement, my spaghetti colognes was the worst I have ever eaten. The portion size was so small that I went straight to mc Donald's after because I was still hungry, the spaghetti was quick cook spaghetti and the sauce was like red water with a couple of bits of tomato, but the worst part was after the meal, and after the waiter had been tipped £20 he then asked for an additional £70 because other waiters had also brought over a plate each. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

The new version of the burger we’ve had many times was not very nice! Too much melted cheese and lack of tomato relish means we’d hesitate to order it ever again.Restaurant was chilly so the rather overdone fries got cold very quickly. Diet Coke was extremely overpriced.

Decided to come here for my birthday dinner, waited an hour for the food, food arrived and was undercooked and hard, they managed to take it off the bill however service and atmosphere was not pleasant, don't recommend.

Food has gone down a lot for this chain in the past 2 years. We ordered 4 meals and 2 were not edible and nothing was offered just the bill at the end.

First we were met with the back of the greeters head as he carried on having a personal conversation with someone on a table near the entrance. After a few minutes someone else actually came over to seat us. Secondly, and I know this is everywhere, but what you get for your money is pretty poor. I have always like the chicken, bacon and avocado salad. There is now served with no pieces of bread. Bacon was so burnt and small it was unrecognisable, small portion of avocado and was swimming in dressing. £16.50 is a lot to pay for such a poor excuse of a salad and was still hungry afterwards. Will not be returning!

Not terribly impressed with the food here, I preferred the Ask Italian just adjacent. This is a huge busy restaurant with a decent menu however not if great quality. More expensive than others and the restaurant was looking tired. Good range of sides and drinks and don't forget to use your Meerkat Meals discount like I did 😯. Free parking as long as you remain on site.

The only reason I have given four stars for food is due to the choices of vegetarian meals. I really wanted a pasta fish but the only one on offer for vegetarian was a spicy dish. They used to do a goats cheese alforno - which was my favourite but stopped this one quite some time ago. Nothing else offered is as tasty as this for vegetarians.

I had the Chicken Milanese. It was so tough that I could hardly cut into it . I made the waitress aware and she offered to replace it but I declined and just ate the spaghetti it came with. She said she would get it taken off the bill . I had a 2 for 1 offer voucher on main courses so when I produced the voucher she said that nothing could be done , so I ended up getting nothing refunded on my bill for my sub standard meal . Very disappointing

Lovely meal. Fast service. Really friendly staff and didn't feel like was being rushed out. Have repeatedly booked here for a catch-up with the mum friends and has always been consistent with food and service. Thank you :-)

I have been here twice. One time it was a very busy weekend and the other time was very quiet. Both times the service was really good but I think the staff thrive when it’s busy! Food was amazing both times and we will definitely be back again soon

Visited on bank holiday Friday for lunch. We had salad, the mozzarella was creamy, salad was very fresh and the pesto was also amazing. For main we had the prawn and salmon pasta in a lobster bisque. It was beautiful, plenty of prawns and salmon and the lobster bisque was stunning. We shared a bottle of Pinot, which was also nice, although £27 was expensive for a Pinot. I could not fault the service, all of the staff we had contact with were polite, professional and helpful. If I have to be critical, it was very noisy, the acoustics are to blame for the most part.

We enjoyed a lovely family meal. Our waiter was super and gave me a Great gluten free menu and sorted out a problem with onions in the dish very promptly before it arrived to me. The drinks were lovely.

If you are gluten free or celiac like myself, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! firstly, our waiter, a middle aged man with dark hair was rude and unwelcoming. I ordered a “gluten free” arabiata al forno which I enjoyed completely unaware I was given normal pasta. As someone with an autoimmune disease like celiac, this is life threatening and completely debilitating. 1. Why have a gluten free menu if you can’t provide that for your customer? 2. why employ such incompetent members of staff. I have been bed bound ever since my visit on Thursday, and things like this can take weeks to recover from as someone with celiac disease. I will be spreading the word and not giving any more of my money to such an incompetent and careless establishment. If I could give zero stars I would do.
