The best restaurants serving Italian food in West Lindsey East Midlands

Good food, then that's what you get. As an added treat, you can sit and look at your food sitting on the pass, whilst the staff ignore it. Then you can watch them go outside for a cigarette break, whilst your waiting for your main, but there's no one to cook it as they are outside. And forget washing your hands on returning to cook. And yet more to come as the waiter has clearly ordered his dinner, which he keeps coming and eating as it sits on the pass. Yes, everyone gets to eat here, even when on duty.

Being a pair of OAP'S we have to be careful as to where we go for a 'treat' and when. We last went to this HUT in July and it was nice as were the excellent staff. We had our favorites from the PAN range then, so we ordered the same pizza's again. Bearing in mind I had looked at the pictures of the food on the web site before we booked for the 22nd October and we were duly expecting to see the QUALITY FOOD WE HAD LAST TIME!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!! The starter of GARLIC BREAD was only done on 1 side,was not very hot,looked pale on the other side,was soft and was absolutely TASTELESS. Then came the MAINS ! My Chicken Supreme Pan certainly wasn't!!! I fully expected to be presented with a lovely brown and crispy crust with a good helping of toppings like I had last July. There was only the middle of the pizza with any toppings and I had to look to see what was what.Once the middle and toppings had been eaten all that was left was soft pale crust. My partners pan pizza Fajita was of the same construction and we left feeling £45 poorer and very very disappointed. I think maybe it was half term school holiday and the excellent staff were under pressure but I will NOT go to PIZZA HUT again in school holidays for that reason. I have also passed these comments to Pizza Hut Customer Services.

I had a Chicken Kebab, grilled chicken pcs marinated in herbs and spices. I only gave this meal a 2/5 due to the salad being fresh, it was the worst £8.70 spent. The chicken was cooked on a dirty grill, all I got taste wise was burnt, if burnt was a taste. There is a unprofessional feeling when ordering the food which was off putting. I tried, never to return.
