Pizza Uno in West Lindsey

I had a Chicken Kebab, grilled chicken pcs marinated in herbs and spices. I only gave this meal a 2/5 due to the salad being fresh, it was the worst £8.70 spent. The chicken was cooked on a dirty grill, all I got taste wise was burnt, if burnt was a taste. There is a unprofessional feeling when ordering the food which was off putting. I tried, never to return.

Ordered a meat feast pizza, came with only doner kebab meat on top of it, when on the menu it has 5 different meats baked in the pizza

Great pizza. Repeatedly use Pizza Uno and never disappointed. Collection ready when stated. The Platter or burgers are always spot on

Terrible. Pizza uno state they deliver. I'm afraid did not get our delivery last evening. The driver phoned to say he couldn't find our house ,we live locally and not in the outer hebrides for goodness sake! After an hour we were told to come and collect the pizzas ourselves. Needless to say we did not. How this place remains open still is a mystery. Please avoid at all costs.

Delicious hot fresh pizza, great value meal deal, fast and friendly service too. Would definitely recommend if visiting the area

Had the Supreme calzone and chips tonight and really enjoyed it. Service friendly and the wait wasn't too long. Free cheese and tomato pizza as well as it was my birthday (proof of birthday required). Thanks

Ordered a doner pizza and a couple of burgers. See attached for picture of the pizza, as for the burgers - so soggy from grease had to eat with a knife and fork. Shame on you Pizza Uno

We've only just recently started to eat from here., ust had our third takeaway from here since December 2020. Delivery always on time, the food has always been hot. Everyone has really enjoyed it and we will continue to use this place. And a really good variety on their menu. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 2 Pizzas from this Establishment yesterday evening. They failed to deliver and never turned up despite them saying they did. Admittedly we did have a couple of missed calls from their driver, but by the time we had noticed ( bear in mind I had to chase up twice for a status on delivery before these calls were received) the driver had allegedly returned to the shop. I was told upon calling them that the pizzas would be re delivered in about an hour. Not great, but I was accepting of it. 10 mins later they called to say they were now too busy to deliver and would reimburse us …. which they did. Upon quizzing them about what had gone wrong and being astonished at their poor service standards, there was no admission of any fault and they were just downright rude. I had planned to visit them this evening to chat with the owner, but what’s the point? Looking at some of the reviews here they clearly have a disdain for customers and it seems food quality is poor. They won’t miss me and I won’t miss them, but I’d encourage people to approach any order with them with great caution. I genuinely don’t know how they’re still in business, but hey….. if this episode helps or prompts them to improve their service standards then surely that’s-got to be good thing.

Stayed in the area camping and spotted the takeaway early on in our stay, we noted the very large sign on the door stating that it opens at 4.30pm 7 days a week. We decided that we would treat ourselves to a pizza on our last night. When we went to the takeaway to order some food the takeaway was shut! Well more fool them as some major road works we taking place nearby and all the workmen had parked in the square all wanting to order food before they started working the night shift, they missed out on a lot of trade and left us at a real inconvenience having to shop and then cook on the campsite at 7pm. Not impressed 😡

Very good takeaway, we have used these a couple of times and will in the future. You get good portions for the price and very tasty.

We've put up with pizza Uno making mistakes for years now as well as bland food but with it being the only pizza shop that delivers in Caistor we've just put up with it it until recently when I mentioned that they keep getting my autistic sons order wrong and they decided to screen down the phone at me with all sorts of obscenities I decided to never use them again. Now after lots of homework I found out that pizza Jim in Brigg will deliver to Caistor albeit for £7 which I think is fine but the menu is fantastic and so is the food. Don't bother with pizza Uno if you live in Caistor pay an extra £3 and get it delivered from Brigg pizza Jim!!!!

Totally yummy pizza - prawns, anchovies, what's not to like- delicious! Was feeling a bit glum in the lockdown without my family and this cheered me up

Large family order, arrived sooner than expected. Was still hot and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Left over pizza was great the next day too

Absolutely disgusting no other words can describe it.. it was cold had no taste and order was wrong no cheese on the garlic bread very very disappointed

Went for set meal b chicken kebab garlic bread and chips plus doner not just one item poor everything cold or lukewarm chicken warmed on hot plate doner meat small amount of meat and the pitta as tough as old shoe leather chucked it in bin will not be returning if caistor gets another kebab shop this place will fold ! Save your cash and go to the chippy

We have eaten here for eight years or so and have always enjoyed our meals. However, of late, they seem incapable of getting orders correct, often missing items, preparing the wrong items, and then refusing to put it right with no notion of customer service. The food can still be excellent, but you never know whether you are going to get what you ordered or not.

Just had some food, waited nearly 1hr for a delivery, barely warm when it came, chips like warmed up rubber, very little meat on the meat feast pizza, disappointed and not that enjoyable....

First time using this place we went for a kebab. Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, 1 with garlic mayo and 1 with BBQ sauce. Got home and both had BBQ sauce on. Now it is not difficult to get an order correct, the chicken was delicious,...
