What KFC doesn’t have mini fillets

Service was very poor I was in there for 5 minutes before I was served best bit was there was only two people actually sat down having a meal in there then they told me I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be cooked and the staff was very rude very disgusted do not recommend this place to anybody

Best KFC I've had in a long time. Food was piping hot and chicken was tender and juicy. Recommended if you love chicken.

Always visit weekly, staff are friendly, the food is always red hot and fresh. Sometimes there is a wait when chicken is cooking when busy which is understandable but normally pretty quick at serving. Out of Scunthorpe/Doncaster, it is my favourite and the best KFC out of them all locally.

I had an experience that was not totally satisfactory tonight. Our otder was delivered incorrectly. My step son rang to complain (and may have been over the top) but when I rang up I was accused of being rude and aggressive (which I never was) and hung up on 3 times. I was told the only redress was in store. So why 4 star not 1? When I attended the store and discussed the matter with Ethan (the guy that had hung up on me 3 times) face to face and been given the opportunity to put my case he was perfectly amenable. I discussed our point and listened to his, gave him some 30year plus management advice and he listened and responded well. The food was good and when face to face (and understanding I wasn't an ogre) Than was good, he's got the makings of a good manager, just learn don't hang up on customers, it's rude. He was, face to face a perfectly pleasant young man who has a great future, we all get things wrong and learn, I have, Ethan will. He's got the makings of a great manager. I left the missing pieces of our order to be shared amongst the staff.

My drive through go to, more expensive than McDonald's down the road but the food is so much nicer.

Nobody in, but service was rude and slow, the Air conditioning was so cold we just wanted to leave, won't be returning

I got a parking ticket for £100 I waited in the car park until it opened went in had something to eat got in my car then got a fine, But manager at KFC said he will sort it for me thank you very much I didn't realise there was a limited time

Do not provide wet hand wipes with foot. Full menu is not displayed. Food was good. Update14/02/2024 - partner went in to zinger burger and chicken breast been waiting 20 minutes to be served. Have been told there is breast in bucket to check and there not be breast in the bucket. Then to be told I need to wait for the breast to be cooked. I had been here almost half an hour at this point. Then manager gives refund - restarts order and gives complimentary snack has order cooked from fresh . This should not have happened.

Collected 2 box meals. Service was fast but food was stone cold. Chips had spice on them I didn't ask for and were cold and soggy. Chicken was rubbery and cold. Food was served fast but stone cold so obviously not freshly cooked.

Food was good.Hand dryer not working in ladies toilets properly, only comes on for couple of seconds.Thats if u can get it working at all.Its a bit tempramental

I made an online order and it was accepted, waiting time was 15 to 30mins , it was over one hour and went back to check the progress, it says order has been automatically cancelled, call her number it was not going. Not happy with their online service. I am advising any one to use them. I am really disappointed.

I returned from visiting a friend in hospital and though it was to late to cook. KFC was open and the carpark was empty. I ordered three pieces of chicken and fries. I received two pieces and I'm not sure if I was overcharged. They smelt different to what I remembered but I was hungry and tired. The meat was not what I remembered KFC being famous for ! I wish someone would come from the headquarters to taste this stuff. Everyone at work NOW tells me not to go there. Maybe you have to be a regular to get the good stuff. It certainly won't happen to me. Never ever again from here.

New signature fries are dreadful ! Mini fillets clearly hit by shrinkflation however the price point suffering inflation ! I’ve had my last KFC food quality dropped so so much along with everything else they don’t deserve customer Service on this occasion in this restaurant was actually good for only one person didn’t get his name guy with glasses dark hair he was spot on, however the food awful and at this restaurant it’s consistently awful,

Always very hot in this KFC, in the summer almost unbearable, also behind the times because no ordering machines yet. Staff very good and friendly, food always good and hot.

In 5 years they have never once, not one single time correctly put in the bag what I ordered and paid for. 45 minutes wait today and still stuff missing. The place is joke.

Dreadful. Party bucket. Pieces and fillets very overcooked and hot wings bloody. No customer service and exceptionally rude Manager who refused to give his name and couldn't advise the complaints policy. Avoid - purchased 5th Sept

Every time I go to the drivethrough they get my order wrong. It's not difficult it's a set meal. I'm sick and tired of it! Bunch of useless kids. I won't be going anymore.

Not too busy. Quick service and didn't wait long for the food. Was lovely and hot and tasty. Definitely recommend that restaurant. Been a number of times and as always been spot on.

On arrival someone was already complaining about previous and repeated bad service. The manager had no idea on how to actually apologise. It took 10 mins to be served despite there being on one in front of me. Bins overflowing and disinterested staff. Never again.

This was a fantastic restaurant to dine in at, easy to find from the large logo outside that looks more like old KFC! The counter has staff readily available, where I ordered the 2x Fillet Burger with Hot Wings and chips deal to share with a friend. This was priced suitably and it was delicious along with readily available sauces, cookie was yum too! The frames on the wall add well to the restaurant and cleanliness had been enforced.

Popped in for a quick treat for lunch, was very quiet but was still served quickly. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

Chicken was pretty good, chips were nearly cold and coleslaw was just in date. Bottle of coke hadn't chilled so that had to be drunk warm and theres nothing worse than warm coke. Youd think that they could stretch to chilling the coke.

Chicken was cut in half so insdead of a 4 fillet meal we had a 2 fillet meal chips are cold! Awful and lazy workers, I want a refund !

I ordered a 4 piece colonels meal and a boneless banquet. The 4 piece colonels meal consisted of 4 small drumsticks and 11 chips. Utterly disgusted with this. Won't be using again!

So many time I have ordered and so many times they have messed up my order

Not great. Picked up dinner tonight and wasn't impressed. Fries were flaccid and greasy and the chicken coating wasn't crispy it was soft and squidgy like the food had been cooked sometimes beforehand and kept warm. Hot wings were ok as was the gravy.

Not the best KFC, recommend checking burgers before leaving as some are overcooked. Chips are soggy but chicken pieces are good. Don't rag on them too much they are short staffed most days.

Food was chips were hot but chicken was just about warm had flavour but all the tables were filthy bits of other people food left there and empty drinks cups everywhere.

Food quality is much improved since it first opened. Although the service was relatively slow considering there were only 2 other people there.

Floors were absolutely disgusting, there was food all over the floor when I went in. The bins were overflowing and the music was far too loud. McDonald's are never like that, they're always cleaning the floors and emptying the bins and rarely have the music too loud. KFC aren't always that bad but they are far too often. I think it has to do with who's working there because obviously they don't have the same people every day. Some days it's ok, some days it's terrible. Also it took KFC 8 months to fix those faulty lights which were flashing, which is harmful for people with epilepsy as well as annoying for people without epilepsy. How can they expect to get satisfied customers? This review is based on the last time I went there and all the times before that, I haven't been for a few months because I've been unsatisfied by the service on those 'bad' days. I don't know if anything has improved or worsened. I'll go there again soon and if it's dirty or if the music is loud, I'll walk straight back out and go somewhere else.

Great meal and was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I used the app and redeemed my offers. 2 x chicken zinger burgers, 2x fries, 2 corn on the cob, 4 hot wings and 2 drinks £10 great value. Highly recommended quick service and friendly staff.

This establishment is supposed to provide fast food ... 26 minutes from setting foot in the front door to sat with food in front of me. Employees on the front counter were too busy to even acknowledge that customers stood in front of them and were too busy packing up, just eat orders. I fully understand that they are busy and are doing the best they can, but surely 26 minutes is ridiculous! Usually the food here is not great as it has been stood for a while, however on this occasion it was fresh which was a pleasant surprise. I did, however, have to ask for condiments and eating utensils even though the staff member was directly facing a piece of paper listing said items and reminding them not to forget them. Both stars are for the food and not the customer service. I would not come here if you are in need of fast food. Management, please retrain and up your game. I'm very disappointed.

Standard kfc but the staff are very slow and inattentive, there was a problem with the order and they had all disappeared into the back

This was the worst KFC that I have ever eaten. Chips not cooked properly. Chicken varied a lot, the drumstick tasted off. Coleslaw was like it had not been stored in the fridge. Would have complained in the restaurant, but we were short of time.

Food prepared while waited, so was piping hot. Pleasant staff. Restaurant was kept clean, but the toilets were disgusting.

Table service was quick and order was all correct and food hot, but the chicken coating was darker than usual and looked like the oil needed changing

Visited for a quick spot of lunch and it wasn't busy, I ordered on the app to take advantage of any offers and it was an OK meal, the only gripe I did have was we wasn't made aware our order was ready and had to go and ask to which the member of staff seemed confused but overall a nice place.

Disappointing… the site looks poorly maintained, took them a good minutes to answer the drive through, even though I was the only one waiting. The operators never seem to have the same menu board that the customers have in front of them, causing confusion and slow down of the process. On this occasion, had a box meal brought to my car, that had already visited several other cars, told to have a look inside to see if it was mine! Apparently they had lost the orders / receipts of what had been ordered… Refused box, which wasn’t anything like what I’d ordered…. In total from ordering to the (correct) meal being delivered to me in the car park was 17 mins in total, not exactly fast food… Did I enjoy the meal, it was ok for £10 but the customer service has a lot to be desired….

The food is adequate, although that isn't the fault of the staff on site, but the service times are beyond atrocious at this place. I went through the drive-through to get three children's meals for my boys, nothing for myself, but was asked to go wait in a parking bay only to discover that every car in the car park was waiting on orders from the drive-through with no customers visible inside. I don't know if there was only a skeleton crew on that shift, but it's not the first time I have been and felt let down by the speed of service.

After a couple of bad experiences with this store in the past, I decided enough time had passed and decided to give them another chance. I placed an order with Uber Eats and it was delivered on time, however my drink and fries were missing (so the chicken gravy was useless with no fries to dip in it) so basically I was left with four pieces of chicken. I called the store and the chap on the phone said "nothing I can do for you Bruv, unless you come to the store Bruv" Grrrrrr Will never use this store again, there can be no management at all in place.

I live in Gainsborough and every time I go there's an issue , the drivethrough is pointless as your sat in the car park for ages ..... You do a collection order , it's never ready and the inform you that something you have paid for isn't available. The, food is ok , the. Premises are useless. All they are interested in is their online orders via 3rd party delivery agencies.

Terrible service! Poor customer service. Average chicken. Sat in drive through for 20 minutes, large que behind. Finally get our food with no apology for the wait. When I get food home for the family meal, we are missing part of our order. I drive back down and wait at the counter for another 20 minutes, inform the manager who rolls her eyes and barks orders to the people in the kitchen "it's happened again". The missing order is then chucked on the counter by the uninterested youth serving. This happens every time, it seems being incompetent is a must to work at this branch.

Shocking....just shocking. By far the worst KFC I've visited. Restaurant has everyone sat around wait for food to be made ( most waited 15 minutes ) the restaurant is freezing just like the chips they serve !!! Restaurant is full of kids who are just charging their phones up and not even eating. The guy behind the serve hatch looks like he wants to die with no manners at all and couldn't give a s**t if your foods hot , cold or wrong. By far the worst KFC in the UK ( congratulations ) certainly won't ever return to being served stone cold chips with rude staff and a restaurant obviously designed for the local kids to hang around in.

Fairly good quality food although the fries were cold. Chicken was excellent and the tables were clean, unusually for KFC.

Total changed my review from 5stars to one as the lack of comptince shown from the staff at this store they cant even seam to get the simplest of order right my self i fail to see how you could mess up a coffee and a large pepsi max with no ice but even when there not busy the seam to mess up the order
