The staff at Farro’s Grill House are honestly the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. The level of customer service was in a league of its own—attentive without being overbearing, and always with a smile. On top of that, the food was really good!!

We came in on a Sunday evening at 9pm, (which automatically means we are bad customers) these guys couldn’t have been happier to fill our bellies! We appreciate your wonderful service and your dedication to the food. Thank you Sophie & Sam, and the unconfirmed chef in the back. You guys rock!

Food was nice. service was terrible. 2 members of staff on when they have a promotion on £5 pasta. And one staff was lazy. Took 25 mins to get our drinks. I do love the food here just the service has really let its self down recently. There used to be a male manager who was so good!! Really worked his socks off and got people working. Recently it’s like they have not got a clue what’s going on half the time. My friend even said she had a nut allergy and if the pesto has nuts in and the waitress said erm I don’t think so. You don’t think so do you want to check that?! Crazy.
