The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Italian food

We liked this place and would have made it a more regular haunt until we were turned away because they already had a table of four and a table of five to serve! So ??? We are just two, were in no rush, would have been happy to wait a while and have a drink at the bar. Owner handled the occasion badly, poor attitude and we have not been back since. Shame, as food is good.

Mi mejor amiga y yo tuvimos una encantadora cena de 3 platos aquí - conocimos a algunos asistentes encantadores al teatro y el personal se puso de pie rápidamente sacando la comida a tiempo para que todos llegaran al ballet... Estoy libre de gluten y tenía GF merengue boloñés y limón - era realmente delicioso! ¡El tiramisú también lo clavó! Un pequeño hallazgo tan hermoso con comida sabrosa y personal increíble - Jennifer tenía pestañas increíbles y nos cuidó muy bien, gracias - servicio con sonrisa ❤️

We visited this restaurant in midweek, an early evening meal as we had heard good things about- my long suffering partner opted for a wrap and she was pleased with the fresh ingredients and the portion size was perfect- the fries were crispy and fluffy (I had my own portion as I value my safety), my lamb kebab was beautifully spiced and aromatic with the Bulgar rice a perfect accompaniment. I also tried the Turkish wine that had lovely cherry notes and just to be sure I had another. The lovely owners provided an additional, complementary starter and a taster of a dessert which was a nice touch. The menu also provides pizzas and burgers and therefore there should be something for everyone - they also offer takeaways. Highly recommended for a relaxing and nourishing meal

Very good. Will go back. Friendly service and delicious food. We are planning a bigger family party there soon.

This was my third visit to the Beehive. We go because the staff are great and the food is good. However I needed to use the loo and was informed they didn’t have one. Sorry if a cafe is a sit down place for eating then a customer toilet is surely obligatory.

We took our granddaughter here for lunch. Great place, the food was excellent and the people serving were very friendly and accommodating. Really nice atmosphere. We'd definitely go to KIm's next time we're in Hume.

This is such a nice spot to dine, whether you’re solo or with a group. Ambiance is beautiful, music is great, food is so delicious and the service is wonderful!

He estado en Pastan Barbican seveeal veces que suele ser excelente. Desafortunadamente su formulario de reserva en línea ha estado caído durante días y nadie contesta el teléfono. No puedes garantizar un paseo, así que perdieron mi negocio. Era un cliente repetido, pero debido a los sistemas de mala calidad no podía ir y pensaría dos veces en la parte posterior de esto. Suele ser una de las mejores opciones en la zona de la barbacana. No estoy seguro de lo que ha causado este fallo logístico. Espero que esta revisión se vea y se rectifique.

Muy decepcionante, el pan se puso a la parrilla durante cuatro minutos, era duro y no comestible , la salsa de tomate en la pasta sabía a puré de tomate espeso (horrible) El personal era encantador Por desgracia, no volveré

Me and my partner were looking for somewhere for dinner that wasn’t too expensive. This was less than a five min walk from our hotel. Upon arriving, we were greeted by very welcoming and friendly staff. Both the food and service were incredible and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be stopping by!

Excellent coffee and cakes, reasonably priced and really friendly staff. Can’t ask for much more really. We will definitely return

Although name has changed, this bakery is perfect for some 'start your day' brekky! From pastries to fry ups this bakery has it all..and whilst your there you can buy lunch too from different pasta choices to rolls with numerous fillings to choose from!

Three of us turned up om a saturday evening without a booking. The restaurant was very busy but they made us very welcome. After a short wait when coffee had been served to us a table was made available. Food order taken. More drinks and the most amazing food. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We have been several times since and will continue. There is no parking but there are car parks in the vicinity
