Nico's in Inverclyde

Absolutely disgraceful service! Delivery £3 and nearly 40 minutes late. What’s the point of booking time slots if they can’t honour their own delivery times. Had to phone to get an update and no apology whatsoever from staff or delivery person when it eventually arrived. Their pizzas are nice but way too expensive and then have a cheek to charge £3 delivery and can’t delivery remotely near the scheduled time and no apology. Really bad customer service!

My locale wee pizza place. Good price, good taste & consistent. Shouldn’t eat it as much as I do !!!! At least once per week: ‘Hey babe do you want a nicos tonight’

This place does fantastic pizzas, the meat feast is ace ! Very tasty and very popular . The staff were very helpful too .

Oops! I accidentally ordered my pizza by phone on my way home to the wrong restaurant 🤦‍♀️ (Greenock sounds remarkably like Gourock when you're very tired!) Arrived at Gourock restaurant and we quickly figured out my mistake. The team at Gourock could not have been lovelier. Quickly got my pizza on to save me a return journey in the car and (despite my offer) called the Greenock branch on my behalf to save my embarrassment! Pizza was ready super quick and the staff couldn't have been nicer about it. Pizza (as always) is super delicious, wonderful fresh ingredients and excellent taste combinations. 10/10 Thank you so much. I'm heading home well fed and pleasantly amazed at your perfect service after a long first week back at work, thanks you guys.

Have been using since it opened, and always enjoyed. Bought tonight and so disappointed in the amount of topping. Most slices only had one piece of chorizo on them, no more than two. If it even resembled the picture above I would be more than happy. Suggest you show your staff this picture. Hope this was just a bad day? Will try again, but if anything like tonight it will be the last.

I never normally get to have pizza with the family as I don’t like any tomato based sauce. Nico's changed this when I discovered they do a pesto based pizza and to top this (literally) they also do a goats cheese option along with the usual cheeses. Great food, great staff absolutely recommend.

Every time we visit family in Inverkip we always order pizza from Nico's. Without fail it has been the tastiest freshly made pizza we have ever tried. Our favourites are the Zio Giorgio with delicious Italian sausage, and the Nico with caramelised red onion. Highly recommended!!

This shop is located on the main street of town. The store always appears clean tidy and the smells are always enticing. I ordered a 16 inch pie with pepperoni and this was duly made. The base was lovely and thin perfectly cooked no burning etc. The topping was generous with great flavour and very little grease. All in all I would have to rate this is a very good pizza , great flavour and good value for money.

We absolutely love Nico's! The food is always fantastic, so consistent. The staff have always been so friendly. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality, and family considerate. Cannot praise it enough!

very good variety of food from simple chppy to chocolate pizza and ice creams there is a wonderful smell that just shows how much potential can come defaneltaly a good fast food chain

I phoned nicks in largs as I do weekly. I was told no phone orders for delivery were being taken although orders online are. The order fulfilment method may be different but the process and distribution method is the same. I don't understand why a repeat customer would be turned away for the same employees to act on the same order. Strategy or order fulfilment methods requires attention

In fairness this is not a restaurant as such but Oh boy if you want a truly Italian pizza to take away you will not beat this little gem. Freshly thrown and cooked to order, friendly staff and great toppings. Everything you could look for in a Pizza. I read a recent review entitled 'Load of Cra*p' by someone who from there review had not even taste the food ,all a bit sad and not very helpful. I would recommend these pizzas to anyone and have done even my Italian friends.

Their online order system doesn't even work so can't order a pizza online. They don't even bother responding to messaging orders either - place is a complete waste of time. Avoid - there are much better pizza places around that actually know what they're doing...

Love the pizzas we regularly order and we have not been disappointed. The toppings are so fresh, loads of choices and the bases are excellent as well.

Really enjoyed a previous pizza from here, however our most recent take away was very different, it almost tasted like a frozen pizza. Hoping this was a one off!

Never disappointed with Café continental , staff are welcoming and efficient nothing too much trouble and food great, will not bother going anywhere else definitely our favorite :)

Traditional pizza style and a good choice of of toppings. Pizzas made to order and great value. Home delivery also available. There is also a traditional Italian Ice Cream counter.

We've had several take away pizzas from Nicos and never been disappointed. The service has always been great and the piazzas are delicious! I would recommend them to everyone!

These pizzas are the thin based Italian crust style with a great selection of toppings to suit all tastes and at times there will be some homemade ice cream available from a local cafe which is awesome. The price is a little high but the...

The pizza here is genuinely delicious, very good value for money and made right in front of you. I live in Glasgow but go to Greenock often to visit a friend and we always make a point of going to Nico's when I am there. They only do takeaway, and there is seating for while you wait, but is a shame because it would be nice to be able to sit in. But you will not be disappointed by how good this pizza is.

Great take away pizza which tastes just as good as it looks, for something different, try the white chocolate and strawberry pizza, I kid you not...........

Go for the 12" Zio Gorgio or the Carne, you won't be disappointed. OK, some may say it's pricey but it is quality, you won't be disappointed!
