Regrettably, I am compelled to give this restaurant a zero-star rating. Despite initial positive reviews, our family dinner turned out to be an incredibly disappointing experience. Initially, they confirmed a reservation for our family of six but emphasized the necessity of an appointment and the restriction on bringing a dog due to potential inconvenience to other guests. Upon our arrival, we were the sole patrons during the entire three-hour visit, with no other customers even for takeout. The waiter's discourteous request for us to write down our own orders set a perplexing tone. The subsequent delays in delivering lukewarm dishes, particularly the excessively chewy and artificially colored chicken tikka, further marred our dining experience. All our ordered curries, apart from the Dal tadka, unexpectedly had a sweet flavor. Compounding the issue, the same individual served as both receptionist and waiter, displaying a lack of responsiveness to our needs. We had to approach him for basic requests such as additional cutlery and drinking water. His constant cellphone use demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Upon settling the bill, the waiter refused to provide a physical copy, citing a peculiar policy. Despite my insistence on its necessity, he directed me to email or physically visit for a receipt, leaving me puzzled. In summary, as a dedicated food enthusiast, this stands as my most unsatisfactory restaurant experience to date. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, particularly if expecting authentic Indian cuisine, as it specializes in Bangladeshi dishes.

The food is excellent. I've not had a bad takeaway from here. It's always good and I've tried various dishes. However, why is this not a fiver star revue? Because the naan breads are the biggest let down and terrible value for money. If you look hard with the keema naan you can find a bit of meat somewhere near the edge. Anyway after avoiding the naan bread on numerous occasions I tried the tikka naan at £4.50. Even worse than the keema man. Still the pigeons like it. Good curry but forget the naans here.
