The best restaurants serving Indian food in Preston Brent London

Food was good however the wait time after the order was close to 45 mins. There service is lethargic. I also requested for green chilies but it never arrived. Also, the attention to detail is missing with the team. The curries and chapati were ordered again (the existing ones were finished). Chapati (bread) arrived early than curry. So I had just chapati but no curry. The team should have brought them together. With family and friends it could be little embarrassing with such service!

We had a booking for 16 which had been changed from 8 a week before but on arrival despite me showing them THEIR email to me confirming 16 places they insisted it was only 8. They offered us a table at the back of the restaurant which we reluctantly accepted as we were hungry and nearby choices were limited. They showed us to the tables which were unpaid and very ill prepared then said they would be back to lay tables and take orders shortly. No offer of a drinks order we had to traipse to the bar ourselves. 45-50 minutes later still no service so we explained we were leaving and they said we’ll take orders now, by then we said too late and left. They simply never had enough staff serving so we’ll never be able to rate the food but can say the service and customer support was abysmal.
