We visited Bellis whilst in Ambleside and pre booked a table for 8 on a Sunday afternoon. The service and food was fabulous, all 8 had a Sunday roast dinner, the food was plentiful and high quality, drinks were well priced and the staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a visit and return when we are next in Ambleside.

Just had the loveliest evening at The Jumble Room. The staff were spot on: very welcoming and accommodating, knowledgable and the food was delicious and fabulous. Best meal out for a long time. Thank you. 🙏

We had dinner here on Friday night. This is typical pub food served in a near motorway service area type environment. The food was ok but the service was slow and the prices were too high and they charge another 10% on top for “service”. Fish and chips should never cost a total of £22 (!) The restaurant is located within the Lakeside hotel which is actually really good and it’s a shame that they just can’t get the food right
