Absolutely shocking service tonight.put an order on at 1710 only to receive the order at 2005 nearly three hours later.we called up three times the third time was at 1905 only to be told it was getting bagged up for delivery.it doesn't take nearly an hour to drive to the shop to our house. absolutely shocking

Very slow service. (20 minutes). Food was cold when we did get it. The board showed that our order was "ready to collect" but it wasn't, and when I asked, staff attitude was cold and dismissive. The place wasn't very busy either, although drive-thru seemed to be moving faster.

Third time we’ve ordered from here, third time it’s been wrong. The order is wrong every single time. First time we received no fries at all, second we got a wrong burger and they were cold and third time the burger was covered in onions despite me requesting no onions as I am allergic to the sulphates. Twice we went back to the restaurant to have the orders remade and they messed up again with one of them. It’s like they can’t read a screen or something. They’re not busy either so don’t give me that lame excuse. Just go to mcdonalds instead although they aren’t great either!
