this is a favourite eatery for me lots to choose from all tasty fast food which is of high quality really nice wholesome quality produce its very popular

Bridge is usually good but tonight it was the worst for delivery everything was cold pizza burnt, order was chips curry sauce it came with cheese and curry sauce at bottom not good will not get delivery again

I made an order on Sunday the 8,12,24 at 15,36pm. Throw the just eat app . My very first time using the app. My order £31.44p. The order turned up cold and completely wrong. The only bit that was correct was 2 ice creams and 2 juices . Knot a single thing in the order for that point was correct. I quickly got back to McDonald's by phone to get an answer machine saying that they don't have anything to do with just eat complaints you must deal with just eat on the app. Considering I have 2 nieces wanting and waiting for the Sunday treat. So I go to the just eat app send me photos of the food and the Receipts for the food and it shows that the order was completely wrong and could. Know having wated on my refund in foul returned to my account. This never happened. Just eat applied just £26.65 to my just eat account. Not watt I asked for. After 8 emails back to just eat I got know further with them. Now as far as just eat saying you can get a foul refund thay refused after showing the 2 receipts and photos of the food. I have been Stolen from . By McDonald's and just eat . If they don't return all your money and keep a portion of themselves.however if they do that to every person that has a complaint and ask for a full refund to your bank account account that I used to pay for this Atrocious Situation and instead they will give you money back on my just eat app which I find as a ridiculous thing to do. McDonald's will not take responsibility for parking or giving out the wrong order and just eat well not take the responsibility after being shown that was the wrong order to repay the filter amount to my bank account if you have had any one I can't with just eat and McDonald's please post it at the bike of this thank you

I've been coming to this KFC since moving to Alloa a year ago and it's the worst run fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've always used the drive through and every time you're asked to park up and wait a minimum of 20 minutes for what is meant to be fast food. Not sure if they've been under staffed for the past year or the staff are just incompetent. There never seems to be any sense of urgency with orders. They're lucky KFC food is so good otherwise they would've been shut down long ago. Currently sitting outside waiting for my food and we're coming up for half an hour wait as they messed up the order. Classic.

Went straight in the bin. Didn’t even give it to the dogs. Horrific. Ordered as was the only place open - never again. Will stick to shaans and the falcon. Everywhere else is Alloa is honestly shocking Opened it up and the first thing I seen is a huge dark hair?! See the pictures If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is too generous

First time ordering We had 2 pizzas to takeaway both pizzas were tasty and hot when they areived. Happy to use them again ,
