rubbish white chips no taste to them. and got charged 1 pound for a splash of curry sauce on my butty.

I am staying with friends and have come here for my annual visit. Thankfully the quality is still superb, very nice fish and super thin crispy batter. The chips are plentiful too and one portion is enough for two.

Absolutely shocking customer service from them and the business. I placed an order for a work outing, it was placed at 20:42 on 19/9/2024. The order came to £135. We got to the store at 20:50 as we ordered as we left the escape room at white rose. When we got there they told us we should not have been able to order past 20:45 as they were closing at 9pm. Well we ordered at 20:42 so before the cut off, they refused to make the food for us and were then left with no refund as the manger told me he could not do the refund, as we paid prior on the app. Its now a week later and I still have no refund, I was given a mobile number of apparently 'customer service' and was told to text it with my issue. Well I have texted it and had no reply. I have also called it but keep getting straight to voicemail and a couple of rings. I am owed £135 and it has been disgusting I am still having to chase this.

Excellent food and friendly staff. Foid was freshly made and tasty .Loving the new nacho chilli range . French vanilla coffee is so delicious .
