Great food! Great service, great price and great portion size. Salad always fresh . Would highly recommend and Ali, is really helpful and friendly.

I simply love Rowes pasties. They are exactly what a pasty should be, at least the beef ones are. They are exactly as a traditional pasty should be, at least the savoury end. Potato, beef, onion, turnip, well seasoned, perfect every time. I have never had one that wasn’t exactly as it should be. Hope they never get tempted to go the Ginsters way.

Algunas personas no comen del lado de los puestos de comida de la carretera, pero este tiene que ser el mejor Kebabs de la zona. El pequeño Kebab mixto es encantador.

It’s a friendly, clean and busy place. The fish is well cooked and decent portions and the chips are solid. Fair pricing.

First time I’ve used this chip shop should have gone sooner friendly service freshly cooked chips not from frozen as I was informed by owners had a sausage in batter also freshly cooked so not sweating in a warmer until sold like others locally my 12 year old girl said it was (lush) best batter sausage she had . I would rather wait a few minutes here for quality than go elsewhere for a massive bag of chips that have been sat there being kept warm for who knows how long will visit again soon to try portion of fish for sure lovely lovely lovely and right on my door step lucky me ☺️

Great Coffee with friendly staff who were very welcoming. Handy for the bus station as well. First visit but I will be back.

Best pasties and sausage rolls ever. Will definitely go again next time we are in Torquay, brilliant. Definitely recommend.

We visited Lana's in Bridgwater on a friend's recommendation. It was a real pleasure. We ordered two delicious ice-cream sundaes. They offer interesting flavours such as candy floss, rhubarb, birthday cake ice-creams (Yes you read correctly!). The sundae includes different syrups, different toppings and finishes. Decisions, decisions! I just loved my custard and rhubarb sweets on top... Lana's also offers milkshakes, waffles, hot puddings, hot drinks, jacket potatoes and toasted sandwiches. They use real dairy ice-creams (Marshfield farm), however also including 6 vegan ones and 10 gluten free ones. They have gluten-free cakes and offer different syrups for your lattes, including gingerbread syrup. The service is fantastic, friendly yet professional. The setting is relaxing yet cosy, love the colours on the walls! Finally, the prices are reasonable. You can park for free in the Aldi car park, just nearby. Go on and support a small local independent business, you won't be disappointed.

Ellerys is a small butchers which also sells home made hot pasties, sausage rolls and pies. Having lived in Cornwall for 30 years I must have eaten several thousand pasties, including Philps which I always thought were the best. That was until I discovered Ellerys. These are quite the BEST pasties I have ever eaten. If you are ever near St Columb Major, which is not far from Newquay Airport, made a point of going to Ellerys and sample one of these wonderful pasties.

The fish and chips were absolutely lovely. The fish was very fresh and lovely batter. The chips were so good, obviously they use good quality potatoes. I thoroughly recommend.

Decided to treat the family to the best biggest and tastiest cod and chips had in 2 weeks since last time had been here. Is now the only place I and family go for fish and chips, 😋🍽 Plenty of choice including kebabs and at great value, with awesome happy helpful people to welcome you in 😋😊

What a great find. Couldn't fault this place. We had egg and bacon roll and cup of tea. Cooked to perfection and a lovely bread roll. Clean and owners/staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Good prices too, we will be back!
