Attended an event where currant bun did on site catering.breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Food was fabulous and generous, staff were soooo accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people, deffo recommend

The team were just amazing! They looked after our family gathering from many nations all weekend, went out their way to assist us in what we needed, including a beer run! It is the easiest 5 star review I can give. Don’t change team you were amazing, thank you. 👍🏻

Great people providing food for a weekend event. Breakfast well cooked and plenty food. Lunches of tasty burgers and rolls. Evening meals hot and tasty. Great people. Friendly and happy to work around our plans. Snacks and drinks on hand whenever needed. Recommend and thank you all

Probably the first time we’ve managed to both break a journey and eat here in all the time since the well established old porta a in cafe closed several years ago. The currrant bun is very different but it’s very welcome and useful. Nothing spectacular or even special but there’s a good simple combination of burger snacks, some of which we consumed along with big paper mugs of tea. Bit of a queue but handled quickly. Will stop here again.

A fantastic lunch freshly cooked in front of us using fresh ingredients. A lovely family run business, fantastic service and great food. We will definitely be back.
