The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Stockton Town Centre Stockton-on-Tees North East

Working on a site down the road, I thought I'd give this place a try. It's restored my faith in sandwich shops. Often, these type of shop serve tired salad in bland bread with fillings that seem to be 90% mayonnaise, serving as edible glue to unidentifiable mush. Then, there's the big chain named after a New York Public Transport System. I find choosing the options stressful and baffling. The operative behind the counter treats me like a I'm Forrest Gump's undiscovered, less-intelligent twin. Just give me a sandwich, please. You might have gathered that I'm hard to please. I'm not. I just want decent food in generous portions, served by cheerful folks. Yes, Fatso's does this. You won't get lightening-fast, brain-dead, "have a nice day" service. The girls take their time. There's not a hint of rush, and this is just fine. No impatient stares from the John Cleese Customer Service Manual, salad tongs held vaguely like a weapon,and an undertone of "hurry up so I can get the next punter processed" Meanwhile, enjoy watching their banter with regulars, and chuckle discreetly at their occasionally zany humour. It comes free with the food. It's not your average shop.I may be back.

I had an amazing experience at this fast food restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly. The menu offers a great variety of options to satisfy every craving. Order extra hot wrap no spice what so ever ordered hot strips no spice loaded fries tastless absolute rubbish not a patch on herman3 peri peri only ordered from here coz hermano3 to busy couldnt get delivery would not recommend this place absolutely tasteless £30 in the bin

Review for Portrack lane (as I can't find where else to post it) I found a sticker in my sub and to make matters worse Deliveroo who I ordered through were unwilling to help.

Went to order food and the lad looked over at his colleague and rolled his eyes, shocking customer service skills, after doing our order he sighed he was so rude. Called Bailey. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service
