Order extra hot wrap no spice what so ever ordered hot strips no spice loaded fries tastless absolute rubbish not a patch on herman3 peri peri only ordered from here coz hermano3 to busy couldnt get delivery would not recommend this place absolutely tasteless £30 in the bin

Went here because was told the chicken strips were somewhat good they were decent they weren't the greatest. The nicest part was probably the rice as it was the only thing fully cooked. The cutlery wasn't cleaned properly felt like I was eating the last person's leftovers and the table wasn't cleaned down properly either. I will say Halomi sticks were on point so props to that.

ORDERED FOOD, WAITED OVER 2 HOURS. AFTER A FEW PHONE CALLS THE GIRL SAID IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY, again our for delivery. 2 HOURS!!!!! Still no order delivered, we live a maximum 10 minutes away from this place, we didn’t pick it up as we were both busy, however we rang after a short amount of time and said if it hasn’t gone out for delivery we would collect it however she said again no it’s out for delivery. ITS A JOKE!!!!! THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND THICK!!!

Don’t normally write reviews but I’m a regular at Frandos and this is the Best place to come for peri peri and their cookie dough is the best I’ve had Would definitely recommend to everyone!! 🤩🤩🤩

Food took 2 hours to arrived and bun from burger was soggy with grease, then chips were literally freezing cold, tried to call to complain and couldn’t get through. Also tried contacting them on Facebook ignored my message

the cheese fries were decent average takeaway fries however the chicken in all meals was undercooked and slimey. do not order meat from here. the seasoning tasted like the box meal chicken seasoning. very underwhelming.

Absolutely appalling service. Food no where to be seen after 90 mins, called the restaurant to be greeted by rude unhelpful staff. Would not let me speak and took longer than necessary to resolve. Second time ordering and second time with issues. Never again. Absolute farce.

Really good food.The rice was really nice. Would recommend them and I would recommend the zinger burger. Had a lot of flavour and for the price it was amazing

I am extremely angry because we’re not in lockdown anymore I’m not allowed to sit inside I’ve started myself all day so I can sit and have a frandos and it’s not even open to sit in

Grandsons staying over so we decided to order a take away from Frandos. The chicken, fish burger, rice, salad and chips were very delicious and enjoyed by all of us. Will definitely order from frandos again.

Food is tasty can’t reallt fault it but customer service is lacking. Was rang half an hour after order was placed to be told they didn’t have any more garlic bread so did I want to change it for something else but I said no I didn’t and would like a refund instead, I was then met with a snappy “ok” and abruptly hung up on. Food was predicted to take upto an hour but actually took an hour and 20 mins to arrive which is quite excessive for a Monday night. We only live 10 mins away.

I left a 1 star review on just eat, however this takeaway has just redeemed itself. It acknowledged the long wait from the 1st time we ordered & gave us half price food out of courtesy which was delicious!I would certainly recommend Frandos to others!

Intenté después de oír mucho Frandos de sensacionalismo. Comida llegó y estaba un poco fría, así que tuve que cálido. Pero sabroso. Recomendaría coger la sal peri para su patatas, suficiente para 3 o 4 personas y hace que las patatas fritas sabor increíble. Buena parte de pollo también.

Pedí un llevar la otra noche, rápida... Con el fin de otra persona! Llamamos al llevar. Estamos groseramente dijeron no tocar la comida que lo solucionarían todo. 25 minutos más tarde nos llamaron, aún intentando clasificar el error, otra vez dijeron no toque la comida? ¿por qué... Estamos hambrientos y espero que Dios no lo re entregar comida que cold stone y hemos abierto! Al final una hora más tarde nos dieron la orden correcta, ningún descuento ni disculpas. Nunca UTILIZAR ESTAS DE NUEVO!!!!!

Pedimos comida en 7:40 a una hora prevista de entrega de una hora más tarde (comprensible en una noche de sábado) a las 9:30, seguimos esperando la comida para llegar, mi compañero y yo probamos llamando por teléfono a la tienda un número de veces, pero conseguimos línea ocupado. Para ser sincero, me atrevo a pensar en lo que la comida va a ser como pero puedo asegurar que no pedir desde aquí otra vez. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas i!

Great chicken wrap, I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Food hygiene score is also high which is always a bonus! slow delivery times so pick up if you can.

We ate a Frandos and both became ill several hours later. (This was the only place we had both eaten at) The chicken served was cold, and appeared to have been reheated. Won't be visiting again.

After waitin 2 hours for our food we foned frandos to b tomd it will b 15 mins 15 mins kater we foned back t b told 5 mins after the third fone call 5 mins kater my partner was spoke to off the lad on other end ov fone horrible an she git told t get her self down t the shop an see what happens ?!!! Foid cam e 5 mins later horrible no taste an absoluteynon edible... Try it at ya own peril but belive me its no way at all t run a buisness ! Cranks

Esperamos dos horas y media para comida llamó 3 veces y cada uno nos mintieron sobre cuando la izquierda la tienda! Luego el chico en el teléfono me ofrecieron causa no estaba contento! No le aconsejo a nadie que pedir desde aquí lo que una broma y una mejilla!

Go in regularly for food, can't fault the food! Tonight I ordered for delivery, it took 2 hours to arrive when I was told it would be there within the hour. Not going to stop going cos the food is great but I deffo won't be getting it delivered again.

Was quite excited to try Frando's when a delivery menu popped through the door... now wish we hadnt bothered! We called to check delivery price (were told £1.00 on phone) and placed our order for the Mix Platter listed under "family platters". we were told by the guy on the phone the entire order would cost £11.00 - thats what he told us!An hour later with rumbling bellies and still no food, we called again to check when it would be delivered (this place is less than a mile from our home so we werent expecting a huge delivery time) and the guy on the phone said "15 minutes"another half an hour later, and after another phone call where this time we were told "driver has just left" the food turned up. The driver was chatty and friendly however i was already angry at the wait and the lies on the phone so when he requested more money than we were quoted i kinda lost the plot and sent him away without paying extra!!! Now the food - distinctly average. Cold chips. Dry chicken. cheap coleslaw. Defo an aldi side salad quartered and placed in a different box!!!If the food had been good, the wait would have been worth it but it wasnt. It's cheap, but not fast. I'd rather pay the extra and go collect my order from Nandos in future!
