La comida era agradable, pero no vegetariana o vegana. No se cambian los guantes antes de hacer la comida vegetariana y siguieron tocando la carne y luego la comida vegana inmediatamente después. Incluso usaron el mismo cuchillo para cortar mi envoltura y la de mi amigo. Mi pobre amiga tuvo que pasar hambre y dejó su abrigo.

Optado por mango / sorbete de fresa en un cono y mango sorbet / café de avellana Choc. Ambas excelentes opciones con sabores fuertes. Generoso tamaño de porción. Bastante larga cola, pero se movió rápidamente. Algunos asientos disponibles también. Definitivamente se fue sintiéndose satisfecho. ¿Mejor helado y mejor relación calidad-precio en Londres? Definitivamente está ahí arriba! ¡Debo intentarlo!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered portion of wings and portion of chips. He charged me separately for the fries but when was packing putting in a same box with the wings. When I said to put separate. He just thrown the wings back and said to me you will have to wait then. What a radical service. I asked for the manager to complain he said he doesn’t care about complain. Worst behaviour and customer service. They should be ashamed of their service. I would not prefer to give even 1 star

This is hands down the worst burger King I have been to! I worked in the area for 2 months and over that course of time I went there quite a lot as It was convenient late at night, and I can confirm it was consistently appalling! Under staffed always out of sauces, the drink machine always out of the good flavours that I like. The self ordering machine always out of order to your forced to order at the till. Understaffed the black guy with the dreads who’s meant to be taking the orders makes you wait 10 minutes as he’s preparing the drive thru orders! Absolute shambles when as I ask him who’s taking orders after 5 minutes of being ignored he rudely says just wait your turn and stand behind the guy in front of me in the queue! The worst Burger King !!! That franchisee should be ashamed of him self!

Staff at this branch are shocking, ran by over privileged teenagers. Wanted a flat white, stood waiting to be served, 4 staff behind counter, not one of them acknowledged me, to explain they are busy and will be with me shortly (normal customer interaction). Stood there for 4 minutes waiting, staff all with their backs to me. Watched the queue build up behind me, decided to leave without a coffee. I won't be back to a Joe and the Juice, will miss the nice coffee, but not worth the shocking customer service.
