Burger King in Merton

This is hands down the worst burger King I have been to! I worked in the area for 2 months and over that course of time I went there quite a lot as It was convenient late at night, and I can confirm it was consistently appalling! Under staffed always out of sauces, the drink machine always out of the good flavours that I like. The self ordering machine always out of order to your forced to order at the till. Understaffed the black guy with the dreads who’s meant to be taking the orders makes you wait 10 minutes as he’s preparing the drive thru orders! Absolute shambles when as I ask him who’s taking orders after 5 minutes of being ignored he rudely says just wait your turn and stand behind the guy in front of me in the queue! The worst Burger King !!! That franchisee should be ashamed of him self!

Place was dirty. My feet were sticking to the floor. Staff hadn’t even bothered to clear the tables and clean them and it wasn’t even busy. They messed up our order and the attitude when they had to change it very rude. Cheese burger was horrible stale bun. If you looking for a fast food place to eat while your in the area I wouldn’t bother!!!

The worst I’ve been to, pathetic double cheese burger with a crumbling bun. Obviously stale. Can’t believe how bad it is so I’m writing while I’m here

I'm here in Collies World's Burger King and I notice that it's very full of dust and full of cobwebs. I think a little cleaning won't hurt

Totally gisgusting. Stone cold wrong drinks. Staff totally unhelpful. The worse eating experience in my entire life

I've been with family of 5 today to BK colliers wood. Food was good as usual but staff is so rude 😒 I was just going to ask for a straw and all of them staying around and laughing walking and pretending not seeing me or asking what I wanted for at least 5 minutes. I would accept if busy but pretending not seeing me was very rude attitude

Excellent late lunch takeaway via their Drive Thru’. I’ve noticed their Halloumi Burger has been withdrawn, so I tried the Katsu Chilli Plant Whopper, which was extremely delicious indeed. A nice addition to their menu.

My daughter and I ordered our food but the man on the till was very vague and not paying attention when I asked for mine as a meal. Our order was made and sure enough, no coke and fries for me! I stated that I’d asked for it as a meal and was told I’d not paid enough and it would be £2 more. Okay, I paid the extra and as the lady who had taken over gave me my receipt, which she refused to give me until I demanded it, she muttered “Get your order right first time, next time!!!” I couldn’t believe she was blaming me for their mistake, even though I’d stressed to them that I had definitely ordered it as a meal! There were two other items missing from our order that we had paid for too!! As we were seated another customer came up to us and told us she’d just been rude to him too and he’d reported her as it wasn’t the first time she’d been rude to him! I seriously think she needs some retraining as she certainly doesn’t know how to talk to the customers!

After a day akin to residing in Hades, what better than to have some fine comfort, takeaway grub! Drive Thru’ always operates smoothly; staff are decent and fastidious. Vegan Whopper and Halloumi King Burgers were both highly enjoyable. Plenty of parking, adjacent, within the retail park.

Not crowded, staff is brilliant. Food is fine. I like that fries are unsalted. Has a place for kids to play.

Exceptional self-donated birthday Drive Thru’ treat. Service cheerful and rapid, as always. Halloumi King burger as delicious as always. Small fries pleasant.

....after a riveting day, in London, what better than to stuff one’s face with some fast food! The traffic coming out of Central London was flowing as rapidly as an arthritic, geriatric, snail utilising a Zimmer frame. Asinine chat took place in the car - did I realise that my superb screenplay had been written ‘for’ women? Urrr no! Daaaaah! (Sarc). Hence the female nom de plume, of the writer. The women always come first! I was relieved to see the retail site, so that the two half-wits, in my car would soon have burgers rammed into their gobs. There was a fairly lengthy queue, but no problem! Service was prompt through both ‘points’ - ordering/paying and collection. Young lady in first booth was polite and cheerful. Staff inside were working hard to fill the orders, it appeared. Queue moved very rapidly, all in all. The Halloumi King Burger was delicious - well worth trying, if one hasn’t. Fries were very nice with some mayo. I was left speechless, that one man could eat x2 Double Whoppers....but.....fair enough. Bacon King and chicken fries (?!?!) were also apparently very good. Very enjoyable.

Drive Thru is open - with a currently limited menu - no Rebel Whopper, Fish Burger or Halloumi burger sadly - although the very nice lass on Window 1, said they hoped to have these soon. Colleagues had meat Whopper Burgers, chips and drinks. Service was very quick indeed.

Unlike Leo Getz from ‘Lethal Weapon 2’, I had no negative experience at this particular Drive Thru. Fast, efficient and quick service. Rebel Whopper with Cheese, was very nice. Good fries as well.
