We visited Lana's in Bridgwater on a friend's recommendation. It was a real pleasure. We ordered two delicious ice-cream sundaes. They offer interesting flavours such as candy floss, rhubarb, birthday cake ice-creams (Yes you read correctly!). The sundae includes different syrups, different toppings and finishes. Decisions, decisions! I just loved my custard and rhubarb sweets on top... Lana's also offers milkshakes, waffles, hot puddings, hot drinks, jacket potatoes and toasted sandwiches. They use real dairy ice-creams (Marshfield farm), however also including 6 vegan ones and 10 gluten free ones. They have gluten-free cakes and offer different syrups for your lattes, including gingerbread syrup. The service is fantastic, friendly yet professional. The setting is relaxing yet cosy, love the colours on the walls! Finally, the prices are reasonable. You can park for free in the Aldi car park, just nearby. Go on and support a small local independent business, you won't be disappointed.

Today @lawlesscityburger served me their break the silence burger & cheesy chips. @lawlesscityburger is situated right in the middle of #canningtown in a great and busy location in #rathbonemarket ! Their break the silence burger sure broke my silence 😋 an amazing burger filled with two gorgeous 100% smashed beef patties, Cos Lettuce, Red onion, tomatoes, US cheese, and house made might n right sauce served in a homemade Artisan Bun. The burger patties were so fresh and meaty and delicious and you could really tell how good the quality was and all burgers are #halal too ! The burger looked a beauty and it sure tasted amazing .. the flavours were great the sauce was on point and the bun so soft and fresh too definitely can tell it’s a homemade bun too- sure do love their secret sauce! 😋 The chips were crinkle cut just how I like them. They were very fresh and covered in their special cheese sauce- their cheese was much better than other places I’ve ever had cheesy chips from as it doesn’t go hard and clumpy and stick to the box- it stays lovely and runny. All of their food was piping hot and I can’t fault any of it one bit - maybe the only complaint was that I didn’t have double what I had as I loved it so much 🤣🤣🤣🤣 thank you so much guys your food is 10/10 from me 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 banging burgers. Ellerys is a small butchers which also sells home made hot pasties, sausage rolls and pies. Having lived in Cornwall for 30 years I must have eaten several thousand pasties, including Philps which I always thought were the best. That was until I discovered Ellerys. These are quite the BEST pasties I have ever eaten. If you are ever near St Columb Major, which is not far from Newquay Airport, made a point of going to Ellerys and sample one of these wonderful pasties.

The Bird In Hand is the name given to the bar inside the large marquee at Chinnor Rugby Club, which also serves the benches alongside one side of the pitch. Club members get a 15% discount on prices, but these are pretty good for non-members as well. On our first visit we sat outside but it was a windy day ! But it was good to see the Rugby club open and hopefully they will soon be able to start playing regularly again.

I was wandering past this little chippy and ....... well!!! you know the score when you get a whiff of a chippy in the nostrils at the seaside. I thought it would have been rude not to at least give it a try. We had to wait for our fish, BUT! I don't mind that one bit as I know its fresh and not been under the hot lamps for hours. Lovely big portion of fresh cooked chips, topped of with a nice big fish and cooked to perfection, nice big chunky white cod inside. And it was as cheap as chips1 (Groan). I will swing by again next time I'm in Blackpool. I love my fish and chips and this was as good as anywhere else I have been in Blackpool. Excellent.

The best breakfast ever! 2 of everything served with toast and a coffee all freshly prepared in front of me served in a beautifully clean American diner inspired cafe! Really helpful cheery staff and the chef is bloody brilliant! Highly recommend I’ll be back! 5⭐️

This really is the best chip shop for miles. Food is always fresh and tasty. A wide range of food on offer and all served with a smile. Highly recommended for quality take-away.
