The best restaurants serving Default food in Bridgend South Wales

Service slow. Food warm looked like it been thrown on the plate. Salad cart empty. Waitress spoke very quiet so couldn't hear what she Was saying . No-one around to pay bill had to go to the bar

Awful. Good points Food was hot when delivered Ribs edible Bad points Sauces tasted like they had more E numbers than 90s dance group ‘the Shamen’. More chemicals than a science GCSE. More artificial than a prosthetic limb. Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Was as well executed as they could achieve - hot when delivered. But poor quality. Will not eat from there again.

£3.49 for each sausage and I get served that. 20:15 I went in there and no fryers on for fish or sausage in batter so they would not have cooked anymore sausages for me. Tiny pot of curry sauce for £1.50 and a child size portion of chips for £3.79 appalling

Family dinner ruined. Forgot most of the order and told us we would have to wait an hour for the rest to be delivered, had to ration what we had been given between 4 of us. Watery sauces in each dish, chicken balls dehydrated and stale prawn crackers. Very rude on the phone when we told them of the problem. Avoid these at all costs!

The photo I have attached isn’t a photo of cheesy pizza . It’s completely raw , the dough was so raw we could stretch it . This is the 2nd time my pizza has been raw from here , the first time I felt sorry for them as they were a newly opened branch and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt , this time there’s no excuse I spent £42 on 2 pizzas that were raw and couldn’t be eaten , when ringing to request a refund I was told that a refund request would be put in for me and that a refund couldn’t be done at that time . I have rang twice , emailed papa johns customer services and I have waited nearly 2 weeks for a refund and still nothing . Papa johns customer services have opened an investigation but I still have not had a refund . When did it become acceptable for a Restaurant, to serve raw food and not refund ? I’ll be contacting Bridgend council and the food standards agency to take this further .

Ordered a delivery - arrived 40 minutes late and food was cold . My Chicken satay skewers morphed into an unidentifiable meat in a sauce swimming with oil called to complain - they weren't interested. AVOID

Appalling service from a miserable staff member. Middle of lunchtime and nothing for sale. What was for sale was stale and cold. Cold pizza and stale steak bakes. We won't be going back.
