Papa John's Pizza in Bridgend

Ordered food and didnt arrive at time said thank u delivered rang them up said be 10mins doing it now as waiting on a driver to come bk been over an hour Poor service

The photo I have attached isn’t a photo of cheesy pizza . It’s completely raw , the dough was so raw we could stretch it . This is the 2nd time my pizza has been raw from here , the first time I felt sorry for them as they were a newly opened branch and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt , this time there’s no excuse I spent £42 on 2 pizzas that were raw and couldn’t be eaten , when ringing to request a refund I was told that a refund request would be put in for me and that a refund couldn’t be done at that time . I have rang twice , emailed papa johns customer services and I have waited nearly 2 weeks for a refund and still nothing . Papa johns customer services have opened an investigation but I still have not had a refund . When did it become acceptable for a Restaurant, to serve raw food and not refund ? I’ll be contacting Bridgend council and the food standards agency to take this further .
