Good Choice Cuisine in Bridgend

Don’t expect to have your food until you’ve paid for it TWICE. I was told my card payment hadn’t gone through so my partner paid on their card. After being told to prove both payments had gone through before he’d give a refund, a week later we went back with the said proof, just to be fobbed off by the owner and told ‘we’d have next to no chance of getting a refund’ by a staff member

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. The food is the worst I have ever eaten in 48 years of being alive ( and I go to my mother in laws for Christmas dinner ). It was so bad I placed it all in the bin, I’m sure I heard the bin being sick during the night. £27 worth of absolute muck WOK are the chefs up too ?

Family dinner ruined. Forgot most of the order and told us we would have to wait an hour for the rest to be delivered, had to ration what we had been given between 4 of us. Watery sauces in each dish, chicken balls dehydrated and stale prawn crackers. Very rude on the phone when we told them of the problem. Avoid these at all costs!

Awful. Stale prawn crackers. Got delivered cold. Missing items. Rang them and didn’t care. Never again!!! Just poor all round

I would give it a good review. Because usually I like this. But today I didn't. Service was great couldn't fault it. I asked for rice Plain noodles Chicken balls and curry sauce. Paid £4.90 thought it was cheep enough. Got my food to be given rice noodles with beansprouts no chicken balls and curry sauce. The lady behind the desk had gone home. And the owner said coz I paid £4.90 I don't get chicken balls. What a waste

Such bad service pay for delivery to the hospital and take up to the ward as the wards let you order food and get it delivered and the delivery driver that is in-fact the owner and he abused staff in A&E because he refused to bring the food to the ward I told him to take the food back and I'd have a refund and he just left the food in A&E ( I can't walk so I couldn't go and get it ) awful service!!!

Had a takeaway and every chip was like dried up cardboard, obviously reused and beef curry was thick and gloopy.. never again

20 minute wait for prawn crackers and a sweet and sour sauce. nothing else ordered. sauce really watery, generally unpleasant experience
